I've seen the cartoon version of spiderman and the symbiote came down to earth when that dude came back from space and crash on the bridge, the same guy that was in spiderman 2.

for the comic version of idk it might be diff.

I think everyone's jumping to conclusions... I mean, the font used means it could just as easily be a poster for PlayStation 3, and nothing to do with Spider-Man at all! :D

His left knee is cut off in the 1st pic which makes me believe someone just played around with the original pic in photoshop... the 2nd pic, however, is very interesting :o

It's far from 'real'.

Look at the top left. Obvious use of the clone stamp tool.

The lightning bolt is just a stroke made w/ a white brush.

Look at the angle of the rain. The Venom half doesn't match the Spider-Man half. The creator tried to match it by tilting Venom backwards, but didn't get it right.

Not to mention the fact that Venom doesn't wear a Spider-Man costume.

Venom is not reflected in Spider-Man's eyes. It is a row of buildings and part of his forearm.
