With the Yen so high vs the dollar MS should just cut the price of the 360 in Japan. The difference in the currency should make up for any hit are margins I'd expect.

Isn't it already priced less than an equally equipped PS3?

Close race for Nintendo/Sony this year

Wii's sorta out of games, that's why you see Nintendo going back to it's old IPs and milking them, no good 3rd party support yet again it seems.

Also with 1.4m, though it doesn't sound like a lot, the 360 does have enough in Japan that 3rd party devs take notice. Thus more japanese games are going multiplatform now. I think MS should do a price drop there, knock off $50 in Japan at least, they make it all back plus more on the exchange rate with the insane level of the Yen right now.

If you go back to the original Xbox the 360 is selling very well compared to the first one in Japan. At this rate, the 3rd gen Xbox should sell quite well actually, though IMO MS should buy a few good name jap devs though that could be pretty hard since they don't like to sell to anyone non-japanese.

    • Flameshot 14.0 Final by Razvan Serea Flameshot is a free and open-source, cross-platform tool to take screenshots with many built-in features to save you time. Using Flameshot is as simple as launching, dragging the selection box to cover the area you want to capture, making annotations as needed in on-screen and saving the shot to your computer, all with a very simple and straightforward interface. Flameshot allows users to simply upload their screenshots directly to the cloud in order to easily share it with others. You can upload your image directly to Imgur with a single click and share the URL with others. In-app screenshot editing - You can choose to add an arrow mark, highlight text, blur a section (blur or pixelate an area), add a text, draw something, add a rectangular/circular shaped border, add an incrementing counter number, and add a solid color box with Flameshot's built-in editing tools. Command-line interface (CLI) - Flameshot has several commands you can use in the terminal without launching the GUI via a command line interface. The command line interface lets you script Flameshot and use it as the subject of key binds. Flameshot 14.0 release notes: This release brings major improvements to multi-monitor support, fractional scaling support, new capture workflows, and a long list of bug fixes across all platforms. Added legacy X11 fallback option for minimal window managers. New D-Bus capture API for scripting and automation. Windows Enhancements Global screenshot hotkeys now supported (not limited to Print Screen). New portable mode stores settings next to the executable. Clipboard now always uses PNG format for better compatibility. CLI & Platform Updates Redesigned flameshot screen command with per-monitor capture support. Added native Nix Flake support.
