Also with 1.4m, though it doesn't sound like a lot, the 360 does have enough in Japan that 3rd party devs take notice. Thus more japanese games are going multiplatform now. I think MS should do a price drop there, knock off $50 in Japan at least, they make it all back plus more on the exchange rate with the insane level of the Yen right now. At this rate, the 3rd gen Xbox should sell quite well actually, though IMO MS should buy a few good name jap devs though that could be pretty hard since they don't like to sell to anyone non-japanese.
