vip
Ok, don't know what to search for exactly but sorry if this has been posted. It's been like this for like a month now, and it's rather annoying. It's getting harder and harder to read the articles on the front page (yes I actually read them) I have to hover over "invisible" words then I get a huge popup describing the word ... it worked before, haven't changed anything in my browser .... using latest version of Safari 2.0.3 (417.8)
metallithrax
The missing words are intellitext ads. Do you have an adblocker running?
vip
No, I don't just pop-ups. To my knowledge there isn't an adblock for safari.

vip
Ok, just wondering if this is a software bug (IPB) because it works fine in the forums on A-S.org ...
Joel
Ok, just wondering if this is a software bug (IPB) because it works fine in the forums on A-S.org ... The main page of Neowin is not IPB, so that explains that. Do the links work for you (i.e., the words appear) if you view the forums as a guest? vip
Nope, not as guest either.
Joel
So the problem seems to be the Intellitxt.
Timan Veteran Posted March 15, 2006 Veteran Share Posted March 15, 2006 No the problem is with Neowin's ad code. Just add this to the end of the js line &FG=1B4CA2 (change 1b4ca2 with your link color)
