The contest is now over. Congratulations to everyone who became a winner. Please also keep in mind that if you weren't choosen this time as a winner, there's always next time. I'm always in the need of something graphics-oriented. Keep checking back in this subforum as I post differernt contests in which neowinians can win free hosting.

decided to try a full size flash based on your current header, i can add plans/slogan or more animation if you like...

- can't insert because filesize is large - 35.5KB - a vector logo will help that.

The logo is a bit choppy, need to get a vector from relativity_17 if possible... :whistle:

Hey, I've got a really sweet idea for a flash-based ad, however...since my homework situation isn't good, and I get home from school kinda late, I really need to have it extended until Sunday. I'll have something in sooner or by Sunday. Thanks!

Is it possible to get all the final images in .png format instead of .swf?

As far as I know, you can't animate a PNG. You can do so with a gif, but when I try the quality gets lost with alot of colors. I can make you really cool PNGs though :D This is the first time I have ever used flash so I don't know anything more than motion tweening...

If you want some still images done, I can do those for you.

Ya I was wondering about that too... although I dont know if he means the 'last' section of the animation (like the info screen in mine, for example), or if he means the whole animation. AFAIK, you cannot animate .pngs...

maybe you could change the coind a little, maybe silver rather than gold.

also the "$4.00" looks strange italicized.. idk

maybe its just me

otherwise i like it alot..

Edit: oh yeah, almost forgot..

it would look cool if you somehow had a lock when "reliable" comes up. you know and its moves or like a vault door..

just my 2 cents

gotta get some revision done first (darn A levels this week) but after that will see what i can do :)

Blackima, when it says "reliable" then the metal overlay goes on it, you should make it do rivets around it, it would help make it look more like metal. I really like your idea :p.

Wow, my 2 day experience with flash .. i know some flash now thanks to codered whos swf helped me .. probably goes to show how much i want the hosting

heh i give up. as much as i desperately need the hosting and especially the domains, it seems banners without flash are losers period. quite unfortunate.

regardless, very impressive mail. same to you codered.
