1.) Open an empty notepad file

2.) Type "Bush hid the facts" (without the quotes)

3.) Save it as whatever you want.

4.) Close it, and re-open it.

This is a known bug in notepad: if you type ANY combination of letters in a "4-3-3-5" combination the text will be reformatted as UNICODE text...and since notepad doesn't deal well with UNICODE....TA-DA!!

So, this works just as well as "Bush did win votes" or "dems lie big times" - choose your 4-3-3-5 character text.
