Im not sure if anyone else noticed, but you can also add another word and it still works. Specifically, i tried, "Bill Gates Hid The Facts" and it did the same thing. Something tells me this is an easter egg that has been hiding in windows for a very long time, and not a bug at all.

This happens because notepad uses IsTextUnicode function to check if a text is unicode :)...
