Looks quite strange and quickly made

And it looks like they did a crappy job of it, too 0_o It doesn't really quite blend/flow, the header and the rest of the "old" WLOC UI. Oh well, I'm sure they'll get that worked out...eventually.

The Live Flair doesn't go well with the rest of the UI in my opinon

i dont think that's a new ui, i think it's simply their banner for the live stuff

They cant just change one part of the interface it doesnt look right,its like something somebody would do in a photo editing program.

Yeh I think it might just be the site designers changing the UI in photoshop or something to make the UI's look consistent across the Live pages.

If it is true I hope theyre going to update the rest of the UI.

That's just a mock-up back when Windows Live OneCare was still called Windows OneCare Live, the site design team just slapped that logo on the UI.
