That was just a mixtape, afaik Detox never leaked

What happened to the Game, he's gone missing or something, no new albums or nothing.

Thank god for that. Ey, you should be happy, your userbar says Lloyd Banks fan...

Whats everybodys opinion on Mobb Deep - Put em in there place? I think its got a really sweet video, and a HEAVY beat, I quite like it as a club/party song.

My general view on Mobb Deep is that they've sold out big time. And that's all I gotta say.

People seem to have turned on Chamillionaire before he went pop, and it's probably because of the standard thing that happens to every rapper that goes pop. When they're underground they seem to work harder and be more on the ball. When they fall into pop and everyone loves them, it seems like they really don't give a damn and just throw anything out.

Quite a few rappers fall into this category sadly.

Every person I know that likes mainstream (50, etc...) loves Ridin' by Chamillionaire.

Personally.... I really like the sound of it, like the Mobb Deep track.

I agree with both of those points.

Thank god the Game is gone for now ...

As for the new Mobb Deep album...I am feeling it. Yeah, it has a slightly different sound for him, but I like the new album and older stuff.

I can't stand Ridin' by Chamillionaire ...older stuff was much better

Oh, you guys might considering check this album out:

Murs and 9th Wonder - Murrays Revenge (2006)

pretty solid release, listen to Yesterday and Today to get a good idea of what it's like.

They do a radio show Mon-Fri morning between 9AM - 12PM (Eastern Standard Time) ...pretty good stuff. The internet radio link is available while the show is on, but you can download the older episodes for a week.

Definitely worth checking it out. I listen every single morning.

Yes it is edited, but it's not the mainstream crap.

If anybody wants something sort of fresh (the guys also white) then I REALLY think you should listen to Necro, a few of my favourites are:

Hoe Blow

S.T.D

I wana f*ck (is a parody of.... I cant remember the name...ummm.... but its like, I wana rock (ROCK) and does that a couple of times with guitars in between.)

I used to be big into Gunit but im starting to move twords game and his whole thing now, becuase gunit's music is so bad now...its getting worse...anyone else agree?

As far as names go...I really like pac and big of course, alive, my favorite rapper(s) would have to be Fort Minor.

I also like...

newer The Game, newer Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Camron, JR Writer, Hell Rell, Dr Dre, Older Lil Scrappy, Older fabolous, Older Nas, Older Jay Z, Older Fat Joe, Older Mobb Deep, Clipse, Pharrell, All the houston rappers mostly UGK, Paul Wall, Mike Jones (wack rapper, but he has the perfect "houston voice"), and Slim Thug, except Zro, and alot of west coast rappers like cube, snoop, murs, ya boy, styles of beyone (fort minor), DPGC, nate dogg, mid 90's rap music (raps golden age) and on and on..

I agree with both of those points.

Yea Murs is really good...I love the song dreamchasers. I also like his older album 3:16th...and as for the new mobb album, i feel that they have been "Gunitized" and they suck now. The put em in they place song is good though. I also like creep, the outta control remix, and in love with the moula..off that album. I am really starting to grow annoyed with the unit becuase they are all developing an identical sound, and 50 and lloyd banks are exponentially worse from major debut albums.

But i do like the game alot...and Ya Boy (on black wallstreet) is amazing
