August will definitely be a full release.

I'm fairly new to Autopatcher - it is nice. Question, once the Aug 06 full version comes out, does that get installed even though I already have the Apr 06 full + the May, June, & July updates?

Or...is there a Aug 06 update that gets installed with what I already have?

Thanx...

After installing the July update my internet connection has slowed down a bit. I am on a dynamic NAT and when i ping my gateway i usually used to get a >1ms reply which now is >5-6ms.

Some pages in FF open only after a few refreshes.

I've noticed this, too. Is this some covert MS plan to sabotage Firefox... hmm

Thanks for the update, Autopatcher guys! :D

@PsiMoon314, gandolas usually does it, but i think he's on holiday though...

i cant do it, i havent yet found time to look at apv6 yet and im not sure i will til its out of beta and i need to upgrade to it. ive already spent a full week on ap now this month, ive still got two translators to deal with, and i really need to spend some time on other things.

@HeZzel, ill add it to the first post now...

Good to know that in August, there will be a full patch that cover all the updates from previous months. Since I do lots of side jobs outside work, its a pain to download all the updates when some of the people have a slow connection. It would be much easier to run auto patcher and get my job done quicker.

Why not burn the extracted APs to a CD? Just copy the c:\program files\autopatcher\ directory to a CD and you don't have to spend any time downloading at your clients places!

@CeeBrez, you need all the update releases between the dec lite release and july update release too. install them and then reinstall the july update.

if you cant find them all (most mirrors would have dropped them by now i expect), replace what youve got with the april lite release and get may, june, and july update releases.

Im having the same problem...juz a blank screen...and this error:

Run time error "430"

Class does not support Automation or does not expected interface

I tried redownloading the AutoPatcher April full version...still the same problem...wat's wrong?

Help needed...thx...

Hehe...need a quick answer as i wanna patch my OS to make it more safety....

@Saadu, you dont need to reboot after each one, install them all, run autopatcher, and then reboot once

@jonnynitro, check the faq. 430 might not be in their, but some of the solutions (e.g. copying files to c:\windows\system32) may work

Argh release a full version please. One has to apply Aprl May June and then July. Reboots at all... i thought the idea was to have them in one go after installing XpSP2 embedded.

As I said in the software front page comments, this is not true, there's no need to reboot. Just extract them all (in order) then run AutoPatcher.

I like to take my flash drive instead of any CD's.

Why not put it all on your flash drive then?

after installing april xp FULL + july update, i receive error message "module panic: windows script 5.6 security update)

how can i fix this problem.? thank you

You will need all of the updates since April's Full release - grab the May & June updates and extract them before the July one.

Try System Restoring it, and if your one of those people that disables system restore, i'm going to laugh at you.

and for those of you who want a full juy release, just update your autopatcher folder and zip it up and host it for everyone.

Ah! so, assuming one has installed each update incrementally, and has July 2006 installed. One would go to 'Program Files', right-click 'AutoPatcher' and zip it.

All done?

If so, then awesome!

module panic on windows genuine Advantage Notification Tool (K905474)

you are running windows xp home sp2 (Locale 1033) + IE7

parent and/or Prerequiste item missing?

This might be because I forgot to install June? I dont remember if I did or not. How do I check to see if I have June or ...... just fix the above problem if its something else.

    • draw.io Desktop 30.2.4 by Razvan Serea draw.io desktop is a downloadable security-first diagramming application that runs on Windows, MacOS and Linux. Creating diagrams in the desktop app doesn’t need an internet connection. This is useful when you are disconnected or when you must create diagrams in a highly secure environment, where data protection is of the utmost importance. When you use the draw.io desktop app, your diagrams will be stored on your local device. Because this is a stand-alone application, also designed to run offline, there are no interfaces to cloud storage platforms available. Of course, you can still store your diagrams in folders that are synchronised to your cloud storage if you wish. Easy-to-use diagram editor The draw.io apps work just like the office and drawing tools you are used to using. Drag and drop shapes from the shape libraries and drag to draw connectors between them. Drag connectors to add waypoints and set a precise shape and position, or let them reroute automatically. Double click and start typing to add a label to anything. Create tables and swimlane flows with a familiar tool. Style shapes and connectors with customisable palettes, sketch options, fonts and text formatting tools. Search for shapes, including in open-source icon libraries. Use our vast libraries of shapes and templates, organised into logical categories, to create a range of diagrams and infographics. Generate diagrams from text descriptions using our smart templates. Diagram faster with keyboard shortcuts. draw.io Desktop 30.2.4 changelog: Uses electron 42.4.1 Updates to draw.io core 30.2.4. • Microsoft will soon allow some users to block Copilot from analyzing their Office files by Usama Jawad Microsoft Purview is a pretty useful data governance, security, and management service that allows customers to gain enhanced visibility and control over their content. It's meant for commercial customers, such as organizations that are storing data at scale. As AI continues to expand and infiltrate every corner of a firm, many are a bit conscious about the technology gaining access to their confidential data. Microsoft is now making a configuration change that will allow such customers to rest easy. Right now, users within an organization have the option to apply Purview sensitivity labels (when available) to secure certain files and label them as such. For example, if you apply the "Confidential" label on an Excel file, the file will be encrypted, and a "confidential" watermark will be applied to it. So, if this file is shared with anyone, they are aware that its access is supposed to be restricted. Up until now, Microsoft was allowing some connected experiences, like its AI services, to analyze files, regardless of their sensitivity label. This is of major concern to most organizations, as a recent example highlighted how confidential emails with data loss prevention (DLP) policies like privacy labels were being uploaded to Copilot for analysis. As such, Microsoft is updating an existing Purview data label sensitivity setting that prevents "some connected experiences that analyze content", from being blocked completely from doing this. The label isn't changing, but the blocking is now being enforced across all connected services (including Copilot and other AI tools), and now extends to Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Files with the label applied already will get this enhancement automatically too once it becomes available. Microsoft has urged IT admins to inform their respective helpdesk and compliance teams, update internal documentation, and review sensitivity labels to ensure that they meet their respective compliance needs. This change is tagged as MC1297982 in the Message Center. General availability is scheduled to begin in a phased manner soon and will complete by the end of next month. That said, it is important to note that this only applies to commercial customers who have a license that allows them to use Purview.
