I doubt it. That's just apple rhetoric. They've stolen plenty from other people. Microsoft has enough on its hands getting Vista out with the bare minimum. I doubt they have time to copy everything Apple does.

Considering Leopard is meant to ship at the end of the year, i'd be fairly confident in saying Apple has everything it wants to include in Leopard at a fairly advanced stage by now..
