Company logo for 50$

So now my turn has come to create another one of those "I need a logo" threads :D

I've started a small company and need a company logo. The name of company is Smartpoint Solutions, the prize to winner of competition is 50 USD that will be transfered via PayPal at 27th of August (the time this competition ends and winner has been chosen).

Ofcourse there are few rules as usual:

1. Image has to be in vector format, no bitmaps!

2. Try to not use way too many colours

3. Logo part should be usable even without company name

4. Professional and good looking

Could you try to add perspective effect (3d:ish)? Also try another font for company name (and see that it is not wider than logo itself) and use solutions without capital S.
