Sexuality is more than just a physical response, its emotional and hormonal as well.

There is possibly a chance that playing a lesbian could awaken dormant / latent feelings of lesbianism in women, but who knows.

Point is, they are actors, playing a part (consider a porn film where two straight women (or more) are having sex - they could be bi, but whos to say)
