Lost - Season Three

Recommended Posts

The last episode was OK, not great. but maybe that's because of the wait or maybe it was the adverts on sky one showing all this stuff happening but none of it was even in the episode. anyway are they going to explain anything about the eye patch man?

Its only just come back on air give them chance.

I thought this episode was ace! i liked when tom and jack was looking inside the surgery room and tom went "Hi im tom" as if he?s looking up to jack. I thought that prison room where the kid was locked in a chair was sick imagine having that done to you! You would go crazy within a day!!!!

Kate/Sawyer dont return till episode 9 so I think this episode is gonna be about Locke and Desmond mainly Desmonds powers...so might be interesting in his back story

Some Spoilers from EW...

Ben will be seen in a wheelchair, no doubt recovering

Jack playing ball with Tom (Now this confirms those recent on set spoilers)

A big twist/event is still coming (I'm sticking with my time theory)

Terry O'Quinn had a "very friction-filled" relationship with Adewale

The triangle is still not resolved (yawn)

They are defining the ending

Locke's wheelchair will be solved and it's pretty stunning and explains why he wants to stay here

Well....I think the losties+others story getting thin now, 3rd party to arrive/appear any time now

As for this episode, who was the guy with the Pharaoh eyes? (think he played some ancient egyptian in some other show/movie)

Which part was that?
It was the guy who wanted to hire Juliet for her research. She told him about having her ex get hit by a bus, etc. etc.

I re4meber him from "Suddenly Susan" from about 10 years ago (a Brooke Shields sitcom). I think his name is Nestor Carbonell, and according to this wikipedia entry - I am right (see sidebar)... ;)

You see I would be fine if they answer like one question, not every episode, but every other episode... The problem is that they just pile up more questions without answering any of the previous one. Sometimes they keep you wondering if they are ever going to answer some of these questions ... so you keep watching the show, but they just seem to forget about previous events..... I dont know where to start with the questions... but there are many of them, like the monsters, locke's visions, the huge magnet on the island, all those freakin building that they keep discovering there (who the hell build them and why) I know Dharma did for experiments but who is Dharma and why do all those experiments? Then Whats up with Locke walking, he seemed to be in a wheel chair before ... etc, etc, etc... I can go forever.... With the pace of explanation they are currently doign, they are either going to have like gazillion Seasons more to explain all this stuff or they'll just never explain it....

You know I use to think like you. But I figure the writers are too smart to leave the audience hangint with every mystery. I believe towards the end of the show, there will be a grand conclusion. This grand conclusion will probably answer all the questions that was brought up. Everything will fall into part.

Just before espisode 7 aired, I rewatch Lost from beginning to then. And a lot of questions that was brought up earlier that I didn't catch was reviewed sooner or later.

Yeah, I hope so.... That is why I keep watching the damn show :)

When they caught up to Sawyer and what's her face, I found it a ridiculous scene. First shot, miss. Second shot, direct hit! The walkie talkie!

I agree Euphoria though, too many things go unanswered. When they put in the polar bear in the first season, I got very mad because I knew they wouldn't be able to explain it scientifically anymore. And then the "black mist" and the monster and so on. It got out of hand if you ask me.

Interesting, leads to this video - http://one.revver.com/watch/165062/flv/affiliate/62101

That sites fake is it not?

Yeah a writer over at the Fuselage confirmed ABC had nothing to do with it...tho theres alot of interesting tidbits that goes along with it for example the domain was registered 13th Jan...before the episode was sent to critics to review...

That is a ****ed audio clip. I wonder though, because a message that can be hear only while being played backwards wouldn't really register in a human brian that it is subjected to. At most it is just fan-service to spark theories in my opinion. But who knows with lost, and of course as the guy mentions with Desmonds seeming powers.

Yeah I am not sure it was created by someone but then again I don't have the software to see see myself that its there...lol

    • After enabling it in about:config, customize, density, compact; the toolbar/address bar gets smaller vertically. I enabled Nova, I notice the tab bar/title bar is a bit larger vertically now? Everything always becomes a waste of space.
    • Microsoft's Copilot Cowork now generally available with usage-based billing by Pradeep Viswanathan Back in March, Microsoft first revealed Copilot Cowork, a new agentic AI experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot through which users can assign tasks to AI to complete in the background. After testing the service with a limited set of customers in Research Preview for a few weeks, Microsoft announced the general availability of Copilot Cowork to customers in the Frontier program on March 30. Today, Microsoft announced the general availability of Copilot Cowork worldwide for Microsoft 365 Copilot customers. The company also highlighted that Cowork became the fastest-growing feature in the history of its Frontier program. Unlike regular Copilot Chat, Copilot Cowork can run complex, long-running, multi-tool tasks from start to finish in the cloud by using organizational context through Work IQ. When compared to Claude Cowork, Microsoft claims that Copilot Cowork will be 30% to 40% cheaper on average with its Microsoft 365 connector. For now, Copilot Cowork runs on Anthropic models, including Opus 4.8 and Sonnet 4.6. However, Frontier customers can now use GPT-5.5. Microsoft also announced Cowork 1, a secure fine-tuned model coming in the next few weeks, which is designed to handle everyday Copilot tasks at a lower cost. To access Copilot Cowork, a Microsoft 365 Copilot user subscription is required. Usage is billed separately through Copilot Credits, based on model use, context retrieval, tool calls, and runtime. Pay-as-you-go pricing is set at $0.01 per Copilot Credit. To offer IT teams full control over usage costs, Microsoft provides spending limits, usage alerts, user-level controls, reporting, and prepaid usage plans for organizations. Usage-based billing begins today. However, Frontier customers who used Cowork between March 30 and June 16 will not be billed until July 1, 2026. The Microsoft 365 Copilot app now includes a toggle to enter the full Cowork experience. Microsoft is also adding partner plugins, with Enosix, Harvey, LSEG, Miro, monday.com, Moody’s, Morningstar, S&P Global Energy, and TeamsMaestro available now. Adobe, Atlassian, Box, Canva, Databricks, and others are coming soon.
