Lost - Season Three

Recommended Posts

I don't see ABC even considering canceling Lost until the story itself is wrapped up. It's one of their precious babies, so to speak, among their other popular shows. I'm starting to grow tired of the, "I hope they cancel it" sentiment.

You people are nuts

It bothers me that with all that we have seen of her past she is still apparantly a traitor. Seeing all we have seen, I am convinced she is a good person... but it is possible she isn't. If she is in fact going to turn complete traitor they will need a pretty good explanation because it just doesn't make sense. Either way, fantastic episode and Juliet is a great character.

She's no traitor .... seen the little hesitation and swallow when Ben asked if she's ok with the plan? she's fooling him but maybe she isn't maybe he expects her to betray him.

I think some of you must understand her situation, she is desperate to get off this island, but one thing she realizes is that ben is the only one who can get her off this island, and the only way she could get off is to go with his plans, but another point, ben will not let her off this island.

Even if ABC doesn't cancel the show, they make implement cost cutting measures if the ratings drop too much. That wont be good for the show either.

I don't mind Jack's flashback at all. I wanted to see a Ben flashback this season. And I am happy that its gonna happen. Not really too bothered if its in the finale or not. In fact its better this way, as the Ben episode would come earlier. I hope it would deliver some more shock and set up the finale nicely.

Thanks.

That was awesome.

I would've preferred the finale be Ben centric. Like last season, we had no Desmond flashbacks until the finale, a two hour bang to see where he's come from. We'll only get one for Ben this season, I feel that we're being ripped in that regard. Still, I'm plenty sure the finale will r0x0rz j00r s0xr0z!

Wow! These guys would make great FBI agents.

1. Is it Locke?

2. That word epic makes me believe this source is also talking about the same thing as Kristin -the

big war between Losties and Others

.

3. So more

beer

for the guys :p

Thats pretty awesome!!!

I think maybe

Its Danielle wearing the suit and the workman are her crew

Yeah thats a good theory plus she is going to be in the last episodes (20-23), her story just doesn't add up

It would be a good story because she said her crew died of the sickness but they could of just been overthrown by the Others...Dark needs to release those pics!!!

The Brig - Episode Description

Locke breaks away from the Others to try to persuade Sawyer to help get rid of a common nemesis; a new island inhabitant discloses shocking information about the survivors' flight

I can see why Sawyer attacks Locke then supposedly...they must go on a mission together...wonder what the parachutists info is!!!

Yeah Sawyer is ****ed off that Locke went off with the others and now wants his help. Christ, it could be anything, do you think that this parachutist is linked to the messages that Claire sent out?

I think the fact she may have the picture of Penny/Desmond it means she was sent by Penny after anomoly happened...

Oh yeah forgot about that, thats gotta be right. Soon as the anomaly happens, the men phone her and tell her that they found it and she sends someone to the island.

Also the actress who plays the parachutist is English...she used to be in Las Vegas...so everything is pointing to that...

Wasn't Ben born on the island? Must be another one of his lies seeing as all pregnant women pre-claire died during pregnancy...

if this is true I think Ben might be the son of the deGroots, his mother died during his birth and Jacob must be his dad, lol its a long shot but who knows!

    • Yeah, this is absolutely nothing new and EA have done it before. Burnout Paradise, released in 2008, had dynamic advertising billboards that were updated via the internet and targeted people based on location and what EA knew about them from their profile. It was particularly notable for the fact that the Obama presidential campaign ran ads in the game, in an attempt to reach a younger audience who didn't watch broadcast TV any more. It was by no means the first though. Battlefield 2142 from 2006 had the same thing. In fact, Neowin wrote a story about it back then. https://www.neowin.net/news/ba...-in-game-ads-clarification/
    • This is obviously aimed at the education where Apple has lost so much ground to Chromebooks in the last few years, but unless they come up with a comparable management system for education why would anyone switch back?
    • Here's how we arrived at that claim: Note that this is just Play Store downloads. The app is also available on the Galaxy App Store
    • Google Play states the app had more than 50 million downloads. What other metric do you suggest should be used?
    • MSN defined our generation in some ways, kind of like Snapchat and TikTok have done for future generations. I have great memories of the MSN era in the late 90s / early 2000s. In the UK everyone seemed to come home from School and go on MSN for the evening. We didn't really have mobile phones then, so other than going and knocking on your friends door it was a totally new way of interacting with people. I also loved how I could talk to people I’d met playing online games from around the world. Inviting people to NetMeeting and messing about with the shared white board and webcams was pretty fun, even if webcams only ran at a couple of fps over dial-up. All the random things you could do with MsgPlus! were really fun - I suspect that made a few people jump with /shello randomly blasting Mr Hankey out their speakers! Maybe I’m just nostalgic, however I do feel the internet and computers were more fun back then.
