DOES NOT look like Best Graphics!!! :(

I'm glad you can tell us this from Digital Pictures of Magazine Scans of Downscaled Images from an Alpha Build of a game containing Placeholder Textures.

Go complain somewhere else please. It looks absolutely gorgeous.

Weather effects in MP! Finally! Mongoose!

I think i'm with the majority--everyone else going for the Legendary Edition?

Low res scans of an alpha version with placeholder textures--and it still looks beautiful.

2 new weapons

The Spiker - New weapon for Brutes, it’s a nail grenade type weapon that sticks on walls and bursts nails into the air

The Spartan Laser - An anti-veichle weapon, fires a red laser that pretty much destroys any veichle that is hit. Hard to use.

The multiplayer leves are

Valhalla(Blood Gulch)

High Ground(Zanzibar)

Snowbound(Frost bite)

Three Multiplayer levels were tested:

: Three different multiplayer levels does our own Halo-Fanboy Thomas Wiborgh

: have time to try out and the levels are limited by invisible walls. If the

: player reaches to far outside of the level they will be attacked by an

: automatic defense. Whats the point of it is not presented in the text.

: One of the multiplayer level is called "Snowbound". It's a battle

: level in winter territorie with large Covenant bases. On the levels are

: also bunkers that are protected by energyshields. These shields can't be

: penetrated by bullets and grenades, but players can go through it though.

: Another level is called "Highground", its shaped for teamplay and

: reminds of the Halo 2 level "Zanzibar". One team has to defend a

: base that is on a hill. The other team begins in a beach below the base

: and has the mission to attack it. In the base you can open alarge gate

: that lets a warthog from the beach drive inside the base.

: The third and last level is called "Valhalla" and is a forest

: covered level with mountains in the horizon. It's so big that it is made

: for vehicles and has two large bases placed out. (It's suppose to be the

: new "Blood Gulch".)

What's the Legendary edition? Sorry haven't been following this that much.

Start by reading the thread :) It's there.

Legendary Edition

The CE will be called ?Legendary Edition? and is a replica of Master Chief?s helmet complete with four DVD discs. The first disc will be the game disc, the second will contain documentaries and developer comments, the third disc is all about the spin-off material that has been created (Red vs. Blue, Spark of Life etc) and the last disc will contain all of the cut scenes from Halo 1 to 3 in HD.

Yeah it does look good if you ask me.

Only defence I have for that guy is people do exactly the same thing with in development PS3 games.

I thought it best to point out these things clearly before some newbie or anti-x360 person comes without reading.

- THIS IS AN ALPHA BUILD, UNFINISHED VISUALS, GAMEPLAY, MECHANICS etc.

***ONLY*** the below images are CONCEPT ART, THE REST ARE INGAME.

edit: there are one or two more that are, these are obvious though so i wont update.

What if you could save your own movies from Halo 3's single- and multiplayer gameplay and then rewatch them? In Halo 3, you can.

It's on now! Montages galore!

Now that is going to be sweet. I imagine this will make all those who like finding glitces and weird places etc. happy.

    • Sorry I mean your back rest on your Herman, can you move the back say 2cm then lock it? Then realise 2cm isn’t enough and you want an extra 1cm then lock it into that position? Basically like in an older car seat, you turn the knob round until you get the back recline precisely where you want it, this is what I found the Herman wouldn’t do
    • WTF? I am not taking a video of myself to access a site or to create an account. What are they thinking? I don’t even have a webcam on my main desktop PC. The powers to be are really looking to normalize the taking of pics or submitting ID for everything. I afraid most people will end up just going along with it.
