iBeech
Hey all! I have a 32" HDTV. It has two HDMI inputs, two scart inputs, one component input, one svideo input, one RGB input. -My xbox 360 is plugged into my tv via component -My Wii (which i will get at UK launch on December 8th) has RGB / Scart - i could buy a component cable My dilema..... Since my tv is 32", i will notice the low resolution. I need to know what i should do!! does anyone have a suggestion? :( If Microsoft put a HDMI cable on the market, i wouldnt have this problem!! i could just pick up a component cable and plug it straight in Thanks for your suggestions
Coldgunner
what about getting the scart adaptor instead of component? tho I've got a feeling there'll be limitations.

DrCheese
what about getting the scart adaptor instead of component? Scart looks like dirt on TV's above 21ins - Plus it can't do the 480p of the wii
Coldgunner
how about a switch box like this http://www.gottohav.co.uk/proddetail.asp?p...ponentSwitchBox edit: just noticed thats for VGA, but google for something similar
The Teej
Isn't there some sort of DVI cable on the market for the XBOX 360? Just get a DVI to HDMI converter. Use Component on the Wii. Done!
Brandon Live Veteran Posted December 4, 2006 Veteran Share Posted December 4, 2006 You could get one of those system selector boxes or an A/V receiver... Weird that it only has one component input and no VGA. Especially since it's obviously fairly modern if it has two HDMI ports.
Japlabot
you can get Y splitters, which should work fine providing that you don't use both at the same time.
SojIrOu
how about getting a vga (i assume the rgb is vga) cable for your xbox360?
MadFerIt
A switch or splitter is your best method. And shouldn't cost too much. Sorry for not providing any links though, but chances are even if I did there's no guarantee the product would be available in the U.K.
