Has Apple permanently killed the top-mounted Dock? I've used both Terminal commands and GUI apps to put the Dock on the top of the screen and nothing has worked. I know it's always been unofficial to have it on top, but it did look cool, at least back in Tiger...

No point in asking. Assuming they have ADC accounts / are on the beta they can't share anyway, and if they're not.. well then we can't talk about those sorts of things on Neowin anyway.

A bit of an odd time to release it though. It's like 8 PM here...

UK and US Stores still up. They might just annouce when Leopard is shipping. What time in AUS does the Store usually go offline? On Tuesday in the UK its around 1pm or 9am US Eastern time (ish). ;)

Nah they are adding the iPhone instead!

see here!

:argh:

More Stores down.

New Zealand, Australia, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Korea.

[EDIT] Now the UK and US are down. :)

Steve Wozniak told me we will be getting a Powerbook G5.

Are we getting 75GB iPhones too? All unlocked. Shipping worldwide. With support for third-party apps. ;) All before the end of the year.

Excellent. Its what I've been waiting for. Sod Leopard and iPhones. :p

Woz tells me these socks have been personally hand-knit by Jonathan Ive. Phil Schiller drew the short straw and had to fold all of them. He wasn't to happy about that...
