Unicode

The game page encryption trying to find a decrypter of some sorts

UTF-8 (8-bit UCS/Unicode Transformation Format) is a variable-length character encoding for Unicode created by Ken Thompson and Rob Pike. It is able to represent any universal character in the Unicode standard, yet the initial encoding of byte codes and character assignments for UTF-8 is consistent with ASCII (requiring little or no change for software that handles ASCII but preserves other values). For these reasons, it is steadily becoming the preferred encoding for e-mail, web pages, and other places where characters are stored or streamed.

UTF-8 uses one to four bytes (strictly, octets) per character, depending on the Unicode symbol. Only one byte is needed to encode the 128 US-ASCII characters (Unicode range U+0000 to U+007F). Two bytes are needed for Latin letters with diacritics and for characters from Greek, Cyrillic, Armenian, Hebrew, Arabic, Syriac and Thaana alphabets (Unicode range U+0080 to U+07FF). Three bytes are needed for the rest of the Basic Multilingual Plane (which contains virtually all characters in common use). Four bytes are needed for characters in other planes of Unicode.

I am the invisible sandwich.

O RLY?

Is it me or is that picture frightening?

[edit]

I've got it:

It's the release of the new US Passports with RFID. Microsoft is working with the Department of Homeland security on encryption. I think the passports are going to run Windows Embedded.

In the picture above you can see a little diode looking thing on the cat's face. This is the RFID found in the new US Passports.

January 8th Microsoft will hold a demonstration exhibiting their encryption method's success with the hackers at DefCon that were able to read an RFID from over 100 ft away.

Invisible Sandwich. It all makes sense.

Can somebody go through and do a frequency anaylsis at which letters come up most, there is chance it just could be a random cryptogram where each character is a different letter(numbers may be included). Once you have the frequency you can work on the basis that the highest amount of one character is likely to be E etc

If you do a bit more research, you'll see that the Department of Homeland Security have had a track record with Microsoft with many bumps. Microsoft has worked diligently at winning back their favor, and they were able to get the consolation of the security patch endorsement. However, Microsoft still owed the Department of Homeland Security, and US government in general; so they began work on the passport encryption.

What better way to have have the new passports accepted by America than having one of their most trusted corporations market it for you?

Has anyone looked into comparing the given strings to passport identification codes, international flight paths, major international airport locations with US borders, and/or triangulations of the like?

someone mentioned earlier about a .dtd file......on filext.com a .dtd extension has links to gis information.....so maybe these are some form of gps coordinates......gonna dig into this furter

A dtd is a document type definition, it simply defines what elements can be included in the html on the page. All HTML pages that are standards compliant have to include a dtd to let the browser and validator know which version of html/xhtml they're using.

Theres nothing special about seeing the xhtml dtd included here, it's not part of the code.

gotcha.....after i went digging i found that out quickly.......well theres another dead end for the list...shewwwww....they are adding up quick

* curvilinear perspective is drawing with 5 vanishing points mapped into a circle with 4 VPs at the cardinal headings N,W,S,E and one at the circle origin.

* reverse perspective is drawing with vanishing points that are placed outside the painting with the illusion that they are "in front of" the painting.

I like these 2...

Also... there was a movie named Vanishing Point, the course of the movie (driven in a dodge challenger) was from Denver to San Francisco

Just a thought...

Most of you won't figure this out.

rpf6ncada34wget32-84

kvezz1x6cfp0egnyvm32

z3o6qj-o3ddwn3;u-loe

"6" and "32" from rpf6 and wget32 are repeated after the dash and are a similar distance apart from each other (9 and 10 characters), maybe "32" and "6" separate sections of code, one to do with rpf (maybe RPF Motion Blur - Adobe After Effect Plugin (http://www.rpfmb.com), most google results are about that plugin, and the flash animation on the site shows lines ending in a vanishing point, maybe this plugin was applied to the shadow under the box in the image, something hidden in there?) and the other to do with wget? so you get:

84kvezz1x

cfp0egnyvm

Did anyone notice the remaing "34" from ncada34 in the first set of characters before the dash is the number of characters in "Most of you won't figure this out." (including spaces and punctuation)?

Also z3o6qj-03ddwn3;u-loe is left, I suspect the semicolon ( ; ) denotes the end of the remaining code, like most programming languages, maybe "u-loe" is a character encoding with "u" standing for unicode? I can't find anything on this though.

The "invisible sandwich" cat definately has some kind of diode on its face and it just occured to me, "invisible sandwich" could mean sandwiching together of sections of code like above?

this all definately looks like a key, and I'm sure wget the download tool will be involved somewhere :)

I'm not very good at this kind of thing but food for thought :D

wheres michael scofield when you need him!

lol!

exactly what i was thinking, maybe its like prison break, each letter corresponds to a number on a phone pad....

    • Dude, it's a .reg away from a permanent modification. If you're a power user, look it up and keep the .reg and stop being a crybaby expecting MS to include customization for everything on a generalist OS. The default is what's the best UX for the majority of the userbase, non techie people.

    • Studio MDHR reveals Cuphead sequel and an 8-bit platformer spin-off by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe Studio MDHR has been rather silent about its next major gaming project since the release of Cuphead back in 2017. However, that ended today during the Summer Game Fest presentation, with the studio revealing not one but two project announcements. First, the studio confirmed that it is currently in the middle of developing a brand-new Cuphead game, bringing back the iconic characters for another adventure. Just like the last game, this is slated to be a fully hand-animated endeavor. This also means there isn't a release date attached to it yet. “Craftsmanship is at the heart of everything we do here at Studio MDHR,” says co-founder Chad Moldenhauer. “When it came time to peel back the curtain and share a little bit about what we’ve been up to, we couldn’t imagine a more fun way to do so than with today’s Special Bulletin. The studio is working on this new Cuphead with help from Toronto’s Stop Motion Department and Continue Agency. At the same time, Studio MDHR also revealed that another part of the team has been working on a different Cuphead installment. Dubbed the Mighty Cuphead Adventure, this is taking a different art direction to the original. "In true Studio MDHR fashion, this game goes beyond just taking inspiration from the classics of the 1980s… it is actually built with technology of the era," the studio explained. "That's right: Mighty Cuphead Adventure is programmed in assembly language and designed with the exacting specifications of the Sega Master System home gaming console in mind." Aside from releasing on PC and modern consoles, Mighty Cuphead Adventure will even be playable on the 1985-released Sega Master System. A release date has not been announced just yet.
    • Any decent ITSM will A) have a web form that allows a user to raise a ticket, if you're writing an email you can write a ticket. B) Monitor a mailbox and auto-generate tickets based on inbound mails for those users that really can't get their heads around the concept that if you have an issue you go to support.mycompany.com and fill in the box. From your description you're having users email the desk, and then having a human read each one and manually raise a ticket on behalf of the user.
