Best $250 MiniDV Camcorder

I'm looking for a good MiniDV(I work with a broadcast journalism class that uses MiniDV cams and need to be able to use their tapes, and I don't like the miniDVD stuff anyway) camcorder. $250 is the upper limit I want to spend, but something around or under $200 would be pretty much a sealed deal. Something Mac-compatible is a necessity, but other than that, I haven't the faintest about camcorders.
