I didn't think I could dislike anyone more than Schumacher. Alonso makes Schumacher look like a saint...

It was fair racing between Hamilton and Alonso at the start, but I don't feel it was necessary. Alonso could have held behind Raikkonen into turn 1 and had a go at Massa, but instead focused on pushing Hamilton wide.

I hope McLaren terminate Alonso's contract at the end of the year. He's nothing but trouble for the team.

Shame Kubica didn't get a point. He fought so hard throughout the race. :(

I hope McLaren terminate Alonso's contract at the end of the year.

He has been told to go for next year even though there is contract also I think RON gave him option to go in this year itself.

but actually, all this bad blood was started by Louis hamilton during one pre-race runs which really ticked of alonso etc...

But yea, alonso is the biggest in whole bunch, I did not like him simply pushing off massa (as if it was roadrash).

anyway. I am kinda shocked on Colin mcrae news.

I remember reading that McLaren were releasing Alonso from his contract, but now I have read various articles that say (or hint) the opposite.

I think Alonso's problem is that he has a strong team-mate and McLaren treat them equally. Alonso expected a mediocre team-mate to simply back him up all the time (like Fisi) and that he was going to be "number 1" at McLaren.

When did Alonso push Massa off? Don't remember at the moment. Can only remember Nurburgring where they fought and Alonso had a right go at Massa when Massa was congratulating him.

I honestly have no idea how there saw anything!

The rain definitely made it more enjoyable to watch... i basically started watching just as the race went green... and from then on, it was madness :D

Although, I have to say Ferrari ****ed up in what appeared every way possible... painful to watch that, but Raikkonen in the end was great, also that rough stuff with Massa and some other driver (webber?)... they were both pushing each other off the track lol

    • Along with that and very unfortunate for Linux, the AI boom/tariffs/global supply chain instability really destroyed any chances of it getting a decent chunk of market share. By all accounts, if a Steam Deck was still available for $399 (with tons of alternatives releasing at $500-$800 - instead of $1500+ now) and the Steam Machine was out there for $499, I think a lot of people WOULD have been willing to try SteamOS and switch away from Windows. But yeah, with the crazy jacked up prices now, people have to make safe bets with their money.
    • Neowin hasn't been covering the Ladybird browser but it has been posted about on a lot of tech and Linux/open source sites. I have been following the effort myself for almost a year now. Cloudflare and Proton are among their sponsors. You can read the why here--> https://ladybird.org/#about
    • That's really the user's problem, not the developers. It's not like the Windows 10 EOL was a surprise. Once a product goes out of support, you have to understand YOU are owning the risk of running it - the rest of the world will move on, maybe you'll be OK, maybe you'll be OK for a while, maybe you'll have an issue.... But you can't expect devs to write or certify software for dead operating systems.
    • Not mentioned in this blog post is that Linux has now dropped for 2 months in a row. At a hight of 5.33% in March, then 4.52% in April and now 3.99% in May. I suspect the end of Windows 10 got a bunch of people to try Linux, fueled by all the Microsoft hate, and rabid social media push of that....and now they are going back to Windows 11 because of the normal Linux issues. The vast majority of PC gamers want to use their computers to game and not trouble shoot why a game wont work, or half work.
