SwiftD
Hey guys, my girlfriend just got a MacBook and I want to use iMovie to edit some footage. But it doesn't have the correct input for me to upload the footage from my video camera. I have the right port on my PC, is it possible to import it on there and transfer it to the MacBook for use in iMovie? Cheers, Ben
jokeripa
Just throw it on a CD/DVD, or network them, or upload it to the internet, or put it on a flash drive, or buy a new input.... Yes.

What program do I use to import, Movie Maker? The file formats are compatible? Thanks for the reply!
jokeripa
^ Why not just take the raw footage off onto your PC and do it in iMovie? Or if it has to go through a program then movie maker would do it yeh, but you would probably be better off using the software that came with it? (if some did come with it... most do)
