I've noticed a lot of people have a dock type program on their setup. Is that rocketdock? if it is, is there a skin like that for objectdock? They are nice and minimalistic.

Yes, it is RocketDock. I'm guessing by skin you mean the dock background, actually the background is just 0% Opacity, lol. The icons are from the Reflections suite.
