I don't know about you guys, but it's going to be hard to watch this movie. Not being able to just sit and recognize any character as soon as they hit the screen, sucks.

Movie may be fun, but not a fan of the end product of characters.

The story is going to have tsell it for me.

PS- I think they should've based this one on Cybertron rather than on Earth, by their looks.

The great thing about the toys was the you could make out the parts of the vehicle/object that the tranformer would return to in its natural state.

If you was to guess these..... I'd say they all turn into hedgehogs.

I love how they look.

I'm an old schooler too (watched them on tv as a kid) but those I think would look very plain being depicted in the movie... You see you have to think of it in a more realistic way and not cartoonish....the movie came after the transformers concept was put into a cartoon so the film is representing them as they would most likely look if they really existed before the cartoon.. They look very cool IMO.

So basically cartoons would never do justice to the real thing....after all they are just drawings. Starwars looks like crap in cartoons but amazing in live film. many characters are like that.

BTW, how the hell can you have Frenzy in this, without Shaockwave? What the hell is he supposed to transform into?

Judging by the pictre there, i'd say, an elephant-sized toe-nail clipper?

I think they look amazing. So they're changing, big deal. They're changing to be more realistic. Much thought has been put into their shapes and forms so that they would fit in their different forms without magically losing or gaining mass. The designs work, and that's the cool part.

I can't wait for this film.

but as already stated i have no F*** clue what there supposed to be other then the one with the car front/hood for a chest.

I don't know what all the complaining is about, They look great. Transformers as it was, was a kids thing. This movie looks like it's much more grown up and real. And thats a good thing.

And here I thought that this movie would suck harder than The Matrix Reloaded, but after seeing these pictures, I guess The Matrix Reloaded will retain its title.
