Wallpaper??

Right click the image > save as > wallpaper.jpg

Open picture in Adobe PS or something similar, then use the colour finding tool, on the blue area you want to copy.

Then go File > New and create a new cavas at your desired size e.g I would chose 1680x1050

Then grab your Paint Bucket tool and fill the canvas with that colour, and voila, one wallpaper.
