The reason why it's working for some people and not others is because the circle of commas doesn't actually do the reversing itself. There is another hidden character involved that causes the effect. The people who it doesn't work for simply didn't copy the hidden character along with the circle of commas. Find someone's post that it did work for and copy a few characters around it.
