i think john locke is the last of the oceanic 6 and he is the one in the coffin. kate doesn't like him so it would have made sense for her to turn her nose up at the idea of going to his funeral. also, he wouldn't have any friends or family to attend his funeral. jack grieves at the funeral in remorse for taking him off the island.

Locke will never leave on his own. The only way would be to knock him silly for a bit. But then when he came to, he would fight like hell to go back. I am pretty sure that the 6 all chose to leave for whatever their reason may be.

it would be the only shocking twist. sun and jin are too easy. sawyer could ideally be #5. he could be the one that kate was referring to when she met jack at the airport and told him "he'd" be worrying about her.

Sawyer is a possibility. In the preview it showed Saywer and Kate starting to get it on in a bed with blue sheets. I can't recall ever seeing a bed on the island with new clean blue sheets. I maybe over thinking things though.

They have to. Otherwise why would they 'lie' about it? Whatever the lies might be, part of it is clearly keeping the island a secret, and if someone like Locke was going to be taken from the island, he wouldn't lie.

Last night was another great episode. Ben being off the island is kind of odd, and also him doing surgery.

Now the time thing is really strange. It was supposed to take the 'payload' what, 15-20 seconds to get there and it took 30 minutes? Now, is that only a one time thing? Or does it extrapolate from there? It must be only a one time thing, because at that rate, 100+ days on the island would be more than 10 years off the island.

Desmond is not part of the Oceanic six, because he was never on the plane, so he could be a survivor

Theres a long list of people who may get off the island, because they were never on the plane:

- Julliette

i want sun and jin to get off, dont really wanna see sun and the baby die to be honest. But i get the feeling sawyer could be one of them, also there is no ruling out michael or walt, no doubt we may see them again this season. Bit random but it could be jacob :p

There's a hint of truth to Jacob, since the woman said the guy was old fashioned with technology, though so far Jacob, while we've seen him eye twice, is mostly invisible, but hopefully we'll have a much better idea of who Jacob is.

Yeah i thought of Jacob when she mentioned that. Also the dogs at the end, painting in Jacobs cabin....

i haven't read this entire forum but has there been any discussion about the promo poster in the first posting? any ideas or theories behind the reasoning for the way cast members are paired up?

ben and sayid, kate and claire, hurley and jack, locke and sawyer, sun and jin(duh), desmond and juliet.

we now know sayid is working for ben. jack goes to see hurley in the looney bin. sawyer sides with locke and juliet is seen bringing desmond back from the beach.

of the "some will be saved" poster there are 9 oceanic passengers. 6 will be saved and 4 have been revealed.

claire, sun, jin, sawyer and locke are the remaining possibilities.

what's up with ben's secret stash?

anyone else see faraday look at the clock - 3:16 - and think..."God loves you as He loved Jacob".

Fantastic episode!!!

I don't know if this has been discussed, but in all the promo logos of LOST (like at the last 3 secs of all the sneak peaks) it shows the island on the top, but where the reflection's supposed to be, it looks like a city. Any thoughts?

That's how it is on the promo poster located on the opening post of this thread.

If it IS a bible reference, and I hope that it isn't, it has NOTHING to do with 'God loved you as he loved Jacob'.

The only 3:16 (Exodus) from the bible that mentions Jacob is the following:

"Go and gather the elders of Israel together and say to them, 'The LORD, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, has appeared to me, saying, "I am indeed concerned about you and what has been done to you in Egypt.

Just because something mentions 3:16 or 'god' or Jacob doesn't mean its a bible reference.

      Forza Horizon 6 gets big bug-fixing and balancing update by Taras Buria Today, Playground Games released a big Forza Horizon 6 update with a long list of fixes, patches, and balancing tweaks that the studio promised earlier. Version 375.327 is now available on Steam, Microsoft Store, and Xbox, offering users improvements for AI, audio, design, performance, road discovery, upgrades, visuals, online play, and more. Some of the most notable changes in the Series 2 update include rebalanced drivatars, particularly their difficulty and race start behavior. As such, the game should be more balanced on higher difficulty levels, and AI cars should not shoot out when the race starts as if they have rocket boosters. Speaking of difficulty, developers nerfed Drag Tires physics for a more expected and realistic behavior. They are no longer the go-to option for record-breaking times in road racing, and all leaderboard entries with drag tires will be removed. Completionists will also be glad to get a new feature that lets you see road discovery percentage in each region, which should make discovering all roads easier while keeping it quite challenging and interesting (I spent quite a long time finding the last road). Festival Playlist is also getting some much-needed fixes, including patches for bugs that allowed completing Seasonal Jobs ahead of time or where weekly challenges would not unlock for some players. Developers will retroactively give reward points to all who could not complete all challenges due to these bugs. Other changes include changes to Horizon Play progression so that it is easier to reach Level 100, audio improvements on lower-spec devices, fixes for visual glitches, including pixelated smoke, and more. Developers also addressed the currently non-working Eliminator, an online mode gamers used to farm credits with a Hummer EV exploit. Playground Games plans to re-enable it soon. As a gesture of goodwill, players will get a free McLaren Sabre. Those who used the exploit will not be banned, but developers plan to roll back credits to a maximum of 10M for all who farmed credits using the exploit.
