As I noted on one of my last posts, Ben specifically told Michael that if he stayed on an exact bearing, he would find rescue. Hitting shore isn't necessarily finding rescue, but coming across a boat is, which is why I'm inclined to say Ben's man is Michael, and the biggest question is: why? That in itself is a great mystery, and I'm sure it has something to do with Walt and his special gift(s), whatever they may be.

Obviously Ben knows about Charles Whidmore. How long? We don't know. It's possible that Ben's man has been there since the boat has set sail, but as noted, I don't believe that to be the case because of who I think that man is.

I think the man on the boat is Micheal. Micheal is doing this because he wants to redeem himself for his friends. After shooting Anna Lucia and Libby, then setting Jack, Kate, Sawyer and Hurley into a trap, i think he needs to do something for them.

Nate in Long Island: Anything worth looking forward to on Lost?

Cynthia Watros (Libby) is back next week! Not in the present, of course. But still, I?ll take it. And she reappears the same week that Michael (Harold Perrineau) really reappears, so that?s all kinds of awesome. Also, did you hear there?s a funeral this week? Oops. If not, I may have said too much...

Franci in Paramus, New Jersey: Any news about Lost?

You know what I said in the Watch with Kristin Show about taller ghost Walt being explained in episode eight? Sometimes I talk crazy, and time travel will not explain Walt's wanderings (at least not anytime soon). Walt does appear in episode eight, but 100-percent-trustworthy sources tell me that during his blink-of-an-eye appearance, "He is exactly the size that a nine-year-old should be." And Walt's Island visitations are alluded to in episode 10, but that's it for explaining the mysteries of Walt for the rest of this much-shorter-than-it-should-be season four.

4) The Other Woman - What is the use of the Tempest?

D&C: Joke about Arrow, but Tempest is very important hatch, their way of telling some of the island history. To show how the Dharma Initative gassed. Dharma was not necessarily.

D&C: Yes and this is a BIG reveal and Ben knows why Widmore is trying to get to the island we should know by the end of the season and Ben is lying.

8) Canon of LOST? Mobisodes, Find815, TLE, Via Domus and Orchid!?

D&C: Good question, Mothership is main canon and it is tricky to keep our eye on everything. Mobisodes are, so is Orchid video which will come into play. Certain elements in other items such as Hanso perhaps in Bad Twin. At the end of the day main thing to follow is the show.

D&C: Answer several joke type questions. Lol, Skipper borrowed Minnow from Libby and is a member of Dharma. :)

13) Locke favorite character in Season 1, but actions are getting tougher to defend. Will his actions be redeemed?

D&C: Locke is on a journey and in journeys there are periods of doubting and frustrations. It is cool to see a character struggle, but by the end of even this season Locke will have some better moments. Man of faith might doubt and have struggles, but will emerge as even a bigger

14) Via Domus Ending, was it a dream or Des like time travel?

It wasn't all a dream, some moments had little dreams. The game is outside canon so it does not really matter and then they laugh.

15) Podcast host, Chris, really have a job?

Yes, he works at ABC, Disney channel and marketing.

16) Will be back after episode 8 Meet Kevin Johnson, who is Kevin Johnson? We will meet him.

I thought the same from the above :/ That would suck...it has to have something related to the show I would think

You would think so otherwise why release it, ok its a bit of fun but harmless pointless waste of money fun

Question: I've been in London for four weeks and have dropped your name multiple times to Brits obsessed with Lost. Surely, recruiting overseas Ausholes earns the name of the person on the freighter! ? Elizabeth

Ausiello: Actually, it earns you something even better: some exclusive casting prattle! I have it on good authority that Nestor Carbonell has inked a deal to reprise his role as ageless island dweller Richard in at least one of this season's final five episodes. In confirming the news, exec producer Carlton Cuse (i.e., the good authority I spoke of earlier) described the former Cane thesp as "a tremendous actor" whose "return will lead to some very interesting revelations."

Question: I need to know who is on that boat on Lost! ? Kelly

Ausiello: Well, Kelly, there?s Sayid and Desmonds (1996 and 2004 editions) and the corpse of Fisher Stevens and some guy named Keamey? and I know that?s not who you mean, but the identity of Ben?s boat buddy is one scoop that Team Darlton is not letting slip, at least not until tomorrow night. In the meantime, try this Lost head-scratcher on for size: I have it on good authority that an upcoming, post-strike episode features both a pair of Arabic-speaking, horseback-riding Bedouins and a luxury doorman of British extraction. Without knowing whether it?s a flashback or flash-forward, whose episode could that be? I had an extra bowl of crazy this morning, so I?m going with a consciousness-imploding guess: Charles Widmore, who is: A) a shadowy figure who has been coming into focus in recent weeks, B) a rich British dude and C) perhaps interested in those polar bear skeletons Charlotte found in the deserts of Tunisia, no? Any more sane guesses?

Question: Any Lost news? ? Franci

Ausiello: You know that series-regular death I alluded to a few weeks back? Well, tomorrow night's the night! But riddle me this, Lost fans: When is a death not a death, but a brand-new mystery all its own? Meanwhile, I was going to close this week's column by revealing the identity of the remaining members of Lost's super-cool clique, the Oceanic Six, but most of you seem to have it already figured out: *o* *a* *** **e **l* **** *i***.

Richard! Yay!

I am playing the Lost Video game!

Almost done, I think.

No complaints about the graphics, BUT...

I was very disappointed there aren't more quests the game is TOO short! And, it also wasn't that smart! There are some puzzles, but NOT too challenging really.

And, they didn't use the cast members to do the voice either, it's all other voice actors. So, I was pretty disappointed!

Is it worth $60? No! You can beat it under 10 hours easily just rent it!

I just rented it myself, I see no point paying $60 for it. it's ridiculous price. Too much for the content (or lack of) it has.

But that is the problem with these adventure games they are just Short with not a lot of replaybility.

I Would probably OWN it when it's under $15.

In the game, we see the Magnetic Room behind the walls in the hatch (NOT seen on the show!)

Sadly, there is also NO Map of the island to look at to see where every place is. I so wanted it have to have one. But it's pretty cool there is a game on Lost nevertheless, though.

And, most of the game puzzles and action is Running away from the Smoke monster and solving FUSE box puzzles like how you distribute a 100 Volt and make each sections a certain amount (like 25V, 30V, 55V, etc).

Also, there is taking pictures with right Focus, and frame

It's just SO Redundant!

And, I thought we gonna get really intelligent stuff like the Viral sites.

Once again, a Movie/TV - Video game Fails to impress! *SIGH* :(

A comment about Michael being the 'man on the boat'...

Well, we know from Sayid's recent episode that he later works for Ben, right? It would totally blow my mind if they revealed that Sayid was actually his man on the boat. Michael would be too obvious at this point for Lost... But then again, who knows? They always seem to throw us for a loop every once in a while. Who knows, maybe Sayid has already made some kind of deal with Ben.

Just stipulation. Probably wrong, but it would confuse the hell out of me. Heh.

How could that be? In the episode where Locke's party found the "rescue girl," Ben exposed her and her crew objective. How could Ben possibly know everything about the frieghter if Sayid wasn't even on the freighter yet to give him all the information about the them. In addition, who opened the door for Desmond and Sayid in Desmond-centric episode, couldn't have been Sayid. We shall see thursday :D

The Best part about the game is the graphics is actually pretty good looking. Well rendered places, and the enviroment is great!

If you are a fan of Lost, maybe $20 isn't bad at all! I just wouldn't pay $60

This game could been So much better!

Puzzles weren't hard enough. And not much to do, it's way way TOO Short! And what about Lost's other survivors? You DON'T get to meet them ?l! :|

    • You pay just $100 per TB with this rare 4TB PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSD deal by Sayan Sen SSDs and GPUs are incredibly hard to get nowadays due to high pricing. Discounts are quite rare which is why we report on them as soon as we spot a good deal. For example AMD's new 9070 GRE was finally up for sale at a very good price of just $500 thanks to a special coupon. Sadly that deal is gone but if you happen to be looking for a 4TB NVMe SSD and can spend around $400 there is a really good offer on sale that you should not miss out on as TeamGroup's 4TB G50 model is on sale for that that price which means you are only paying $100 per TB, a very good deal in the current market (purchase link under the specs table down below). The TeamGroup T-FORCE G50 NVMe SSD is a PCIe Gen4 drive and as such it promises to deliver sequential read speeds of up to 5,000 MB/s, helping accelerate game loading, file transfers, and everyday computing tasks. Since this is a 4TB drive you can use it for a gaming library to take advantage of things like DirectStorage. • I agree. I also think Phil stayed too long. They should definitely fire whoever thought all a console platform needed was Call of Duty, Elder Scrolls, and Fallout to survive. Asha and crew are still saying they need more Elder Scrolls and Fallout games. They simply don't get it.
    • Macbook Air is an appealing option, as are plethora of Windows devices with various different CPU's
    • Mozilla highlights Firefox Nova 2026 redesign and more upcoming features with new roadmap by Sayan Sen Last month Mozilla confirmed that Firefox was set to get a major redesign this year. Dubbed "Project Nova", it can already be tested and will roll out to all users later this year. The idea is to keep the browser competitive in a rapidly evolving internet landscape. As such the revamp focuses on improving privacy, usability, performance, accessibility, and customization. Key privacy features including the built-in VPN, private browsing mode, and Enhanced Tracking Protection, will be more visible and easier to manage, while users will have the option to disable AI features entirely through a dedicated kill switch. Additionally, the redesign promises faster page loading, the return of Compact mode, expanded personalization options, and stronger accessibility support. You can find the full details in the dedicated piece linked above. In a new blog post today the company once again reiterated on Nova and also emphasized other new and upcoming features like the settings revamp that is intended to make it easier for users to understand browser settings. In order to make it simpler for users to keep up with such features Mozilla today is launching Firefox roadmap. Hence enthusiasts and interested users will be able to check out what's cooking and also share feedback about the upcoming additions. Alongside the roadmap announcement, Mozilla also highlighted what's new in Firefox 152. One of the biggest additions is the arrival of Tab Groups on Android. The feature, which has already been helping desktop users organize large numbers of tabs, is now beginning to roll out on mobile. Users will be able to group related tabs together, assign names and colors to them, and return to them later. Mozilla says support for iOS will arrive later this year. Firefox 152 also introduces the aforementioned redesigned Settings experience. The company says the changes are meant to make controls easier to find and help users discover features they may not have previously known about. Existing preferences are not changing, though they are now better organized. Another notable addition is the new Blocked Tracker Widget, which provides a visual overview of Firefox's privacy protections by showing how many trackers have been blocked over time and the types of tracking activity the browser has stopped. Looking ahead, Mozilla revealed several upcoming roadmap features. They include customizable keyboard shortcuts, as well as enhanced PDF editing tools that will allow documents to be split, merged, and reorganized directly within Firefox. The company is also working on bringing Multi-Account Containers into the native Firefox experience thus removing the need for a separate extension. Meanwhile Firefox's built-in VPN is set to expand to mobile devices. Mozilla is also developing AI-powered features like Quick Answers, which can provide concise responses to voice queries, and Smart Window, its optional AI browsing experience that is now available without a waitlist. Finally, a new Power Saving Mode is in the works and will help reduce the impact of resource-heavy tabs on mobile devices in order to extend battery life. The video below summarizes the upcoming changes in an easy to understand format: You can find the announcement blog post here on Mozilla's official website.
