Some people have too much time on their hands. Jesus.

And what's the reason for summing up only specific numbers to get results you want. LOL..

I'm sorry but this is totally off the whack.

You wanna watch a real show.. Watch Dexter.

Maybe you should stick to just the Dexter thread then?

Get out of the Lost thread if you don't like the show. C'mon.

That's completely uncalled for. If you don't like the show, that's fine, but don't come in here and troll. That's the same as going into an XBOX thread and telling everyone to start using PS3.

Cool... but why?

I just saw Hulk for the first time yesterday ( :x ) It was funny seeing Jin Kwon there.

JJ Abrams directed the film, who created Lost. He puts easter eggs in everything else. Remember Slusho in Cloverfield.

Yep also Scrubs had a reference!

and Cloverfields was Dharma!

In numerology you are only supposed to sum the digits.

So what? I don't think that's a big deal. I doubt the Lost writers/producers really care to stick to rules. They do, after all, have time travel, smoke monsters, the ability to move an island.

And the fact that the numbers come out to 108 is not an accident.

That's pretty cool. Never noticed that in Scrubs. Thanks for point out (Y)

Slusho was also in Heroes (although I never understood that one. I guess they were just nodding their head to JJ and what all he's done for the film/tv community?).

I was thinking earlier if there are any more stations on the Island? maybe the Orchid is the last one we will find.

Judging from the Orientation video there should be at least a Meteorological station left. Plus the fake door/station at the Others fishing camp in season 2, we have to assume it came from a real station somewhere.

I believe so.

Yes. The '?' station was confirmed to be The Pearl:

http://www.lostpedia.com/wiki/Lost_Access:...nted_transcript

There's still the potential for the crossed out station on the blast door map to be something. Also, since The Orchid doesn't appear to be on the map, and The Looking Glass wasn't, there's still potential for more.

Also, The Temple had a DHARMA logo, and we haven't seen that yet...There could still be more (Think secret room, like The Staff and The Orchid) to The Arrow (Especially because Horrace was stationed there, apparently.)

Also, The DHARMA Initiative is supposed to play a bigger role in the next season, which leads me to believe that there might be more...

Yeah the interesting thing about the map was that it was documented when Radzinksy made the trip from the Swan between button pushes so he probably never knew about the Looking Glass because he could never get there in 108 minutes same with Orchid.

He had more than 108 minutes. Radzinksy had Kelvin Joe Inman there in the Swan to push the button while he went exploring.

I'm going to assume that work on the map died down for a bit after Radzinsky killed himself, and restarted again after Desmond came back so Kelvin had time to explore.

Interesting point. What i want to know is why the Others left people in the swan to push the button.

Maybe they knew that someone had to do it, and they didn't want to bother with wasting one of their own people on that kind of job. Maybe Jacob wanted it that way. We may never know.

Those things are pretty much high up there on the list of questions I would like answered, but yeah before Kelvin came to the Swan who was with Radzinsky but thats really pushing it out there. One of the stations on the map is underwater supposedly so maybe that was the Looking Glass.

Anyone notice that Sun wasn't at Christians funeral? Makes you believe that the other person is Jack. Also the way she looked at him when they were on the plane. Hmmm....

I didn't see Hurley at Christian's funeral either (maybe I just missed him), so I don't think Jack was the seoncd person.

When I saw the C4 on the ship, my first thought was, "Well, now I know how Jin dies!"

Well Kelvin asks to Desmond, are you him? Him is Jacob, why would Jacob visit the Swan?!!?

    • Hello, Christian Maas' XVI32 is a nice (and very small) hex editor. Speaking of hex editors, many years ago a colleague and I who both worked at Tribal Voice managed to edit a copy of the company's PowWow instant messaging client to make it behave better now that all of its lookup servers and other server-side tech was gone.  The program didn't support NAT (RFC-3022 was introduced in January 2001, the same time Tribal Voice was shuttered), but it still worked okay if you manually set up port-forwarding on your router.  The server at http://powwow.jazy.net/ hosts a copy (usual warnings about downloading and running untrusted code from random internet servers apply). I occasionally use some tools like Funduc Software's Search and Replace and Application Mover when I need to make mass-edits to text-based files or move programs with a hard-coded installation directories, respectively.  When I need to figure out the exact LCD panel inside of a laptop, EnTech Taiwan's Monitor Asset Manager is my go-to tool for that purpose. JD Design's website (now hosted on github.io) has a number of interesting freeware and shareware utilities.  I used to use their TouchPro utility to set the file timestamps on software I was mastering to match its version number (e.g., version 3.00 of a program had all of its files dates set to 3:00AM, and so forth). Karenware has a number of interesting freeware utilities, too. Regards, Aryeh Goretsky
    • I still use HexChat! Not really as ancient as the 1994 AutoCAD above my post, but I have never found anything better to replace it. Yes we still operate an IRC server https://www.neowin.net/irc/ 😛
    • At work we still have a couple of people that use a version of AutoCAD LT purchased in 1994. This predates Windows 95 and works fine on versions of Windows up to XP. Its long since run in an locked down isolated XP VM, accessible via RDP. I did install LibreCAD for them, however they said it was just too different to get to grips with. In all fairness one of them is now 75 and the other is almost 60.
    • On my music making (non internet) PC Sony Acid Pro 7.0 Adobe Audition 2015 Korg Legacy Collection Windows 7 SP1
    • Anyway to download these versions without being on the Experimental builds?
