I found it after joining another forum (Winmatrix) after Neowin's articles and editor's were referenced there and elsewhere. I was a stalker for quite a few years, an only signed up last year :p

But it's long ago, so I don't know for sure.

I've been thinking about this recently. I seem to remember this was THE place for Windows news during one of the betas, maybe XP beta. But I'm almost certain that's how I got onto Neowin, because it made sense, New Windows - or at least that's how I read it.

Has Neowin been around that long? I was trying everything including Wikipedia to actually see if anyone's written a bio of the site.
