Heroes Volume 3 : Villains

Again, if we are to place real world into this show, of course it wont work. Either get really technical and tear this show apart, or accept it as SCI FI and move along.

I have no problem with accepting it as Sci-Fi, but that doesn't give it a pass for poor, sloppy writing.

so an eclipse in a universe that has no set properties, you feel if it last more than an hour is sloppy writing? Please, if you accept its sci fi, then why are you putting your own reality around it? I'm not seeing sloppy writing, but just looking too much into the certain parts of a show. Why dont we wonder why Elle didnt spark up sylar again like in the cells? He cut her head just the same, but no huge explosion this time.

There are plenty of things you might not agree with, doesnt mean its sloppy writing.

The poor, sloppy writing was the show overall, not the eclipse. In the case of Elle, she could barely control her powers before whereas she could on the beach. Hey, that's one of the things that actually makes sense this season! :D

That's part of the whole deal.

Season 1 had lots of "real world" grounding elements, even if they were largely stereotypical. Season 2 tried to replace these elements with sappy, puppy-love relationships and Volume 3 has just decided to scrap any sort of grounding elements completely.

When your audience can't relate to the characters, your audience quits watching.

And that's exactly what is happening...

Sylar really KILLED ELLE!!! :(

Yeah, but they can always bring her back with time travel... which of course, would alter the future or at least create an alternate reality.

Best episode of the season this and last season (Y)

Can we not just forget about last season?? Please!

Ill just leave this here.

That was awesome.

I doubt that would happen. Besides, who of the "heroes" wants her back anyway?

Rappy.... that does count, right?

It's SciFi, no one ever stays dead. Maybe she has a twin sister that she doesn't know about, with a different power... like ice or something. Oh wait...

    • Can you read? I've said I'm willing to pay more for a notchless (no notch) 3:2 screen.
    • Not even an OLED display on the laptops. Also it seems that the laptop design isn't the same as the Surface Ultra model. Looks like bargain bin at high prices.
    • make your own notch - it's not that hard
    • VirtualBox 7.2.10 by Razvan Serea VirtualBox is a powerful x86 and AMD64/Intel64 virtualization product for enterprise as well as home use. Targeted at server, desktop and embedded use, it is now the only professional-quality virtualization solution that is also Open Source Software. Presently, VirtualBox runs on Windows, Linux, macOS, and Solaris hosts and supports a large number of guest operating systems including but not limited to Windows (NT 4.0, 2000, XP, Server 2003, Vista, 7, 8, Windows 10 and Windows 11), DOS/Windows 3.x, Linux (2.4, 2.6, 3.x, 4.x, 5.x and 6.x), Solaris and OpenSolaris, OS/2, OpenBSD, NetBSD and FreeBSD. Some of the features of VirtualBox are: Modularity. VirtualBox has an extremely modular design with well-defined internal programming interfaces and a client/server design. This makes it easy to control it from several interfaces at once: for example, you can start a virtual machine in a typical virtual machine GUI and then control that machine from the command line, or possibly remotely. VirtualBox also comes with a full Software Development Kit: even though it is Open Source Software, you don't have to hack the source to write a new interface for VirtualBox. Virtual machine descriptions in XML. The configuration settings of virtual machines are stored entirely in XML and are independent of the local machines. Virtual machine definitions can therefore easily be ported to other computers.
