Ah OK Fred that makes sense. Never really looked at the supervisory structure here. The way people were asking about moderator moderating (try saying that fast 10 times). I'd assumed they were running wild.

Wouldn't you rather be called a Mod Mod than a Supervisor? Sounds more fun and like you might have a 'fro.

Allow people (or cJr. only) to upload bigger sized avators and signatures, so I could finally have my animated ones which look o so awesome! ;)

Making sure staff follow the rules as well, i remember reporting some for breaking them to see that the rule was still being broken several weeks later.

Change the name from "MVC" to "Specialist". Everyone in the community is valuable, there is just people who knows more about something than others. The new name has all the motivation the old one has without the elitism.

Just read this thread, and on this point, I will respond - I came up with the name MVC, and there's great importance placed upon the fact that it's a Most Valued Contributor as opposed to Most Valued Member - as you say, all members are valued, but the name MVC emphasises that the value is placed upon the outstanding contributions in certain areas, i.e. the posts themselves, rather than the member in question.
