Theme looks like the UbuntuStudio icon theme, I think it's available through Synaptic or whatever Package Manager. Not sure about the FF theme... Though since it's Firefox 3, it might just be the default. In Linux, the FF3 default theme integrates with whatever icon theme you're using in the OS.

Theme is innocent stuff. Search for it in dA ;) Also icons are from Ubuntu Studio edition. You can grab them at gnome-look.org or xfce-look.org. firefox it's just default :) Beta 3 integrates with the system icons ;)
