Do you mean the orange icon to the left of Programs? If so, thats changed when you install the Tango Patcher.

That looks like a theme since the IE version in the screenshot looks final. Early longhorn had a different looking version of IE.

That's Mozilla Firefox, if you look carefully, you'll see I haven't changed the titlebar text :)
