Here we go:

  • Intel 80286
  • Intel 486DX2
  • Intel Pentium II 350MHz
  • AMD Athlon 64 3500+
  • AMD Athlon 64 4200+
  • AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ (Clocked at 3.3GHz)

Was a long time between the PII and the first Athlon I had. Can't believe I lived with that system for so long (it did undergo upgrades, just not to the processor).

From what I recall I had -

Intel Pentium 100MHz

Intel Intel Pentium 3 1GHz

Intel Pentium 4 3.06Ghz

AMD Athlon 3000+ Venice @ 2.9GHz (from 1.8Ghz)

PPC 1.5GHz (PowerbookG4)

Intel Core2Duo 2.0GHz (Macbook)

Im sure I had more... The jump from 100MHz to 1Ghz doesnt seem right... Between the P4 3.06GHz & Venice I swear I also remember a Prescott or something...

**** MY MEMORIES BAD! AHHHHHHH! or maybe its not... damn

  • 1 month later...

So here goes

486DX33 --> 486 DX4-100 --> Pentium Overdrive --> Pentium 166 --> Pentium 200 --> PII 333 ---> PIII 750 --> PIII 1Ghz ---> P4 2.66 --> P4 3.0 HT --> X2 4800+ --> Q6600 --> Q6700 (current)

with each platform change came the associated Motherboard and RAM change
