the hogan era to the attitude era to this post-attitude era and the attitude era was he best by far. Now the wwe programming is PG rated and that limits a whole lot of what they can do. Looking forward to seeing some guys debut or re-debut this coming year.

Mike sent the following: So after C.M. Punk won the title tonight, I did some research. Punk became a triple crown champion (World, Tag Team, Intercontinental) faster than anyone else in the company. From his first title reign (June 30, 2008) to tonight (January 19, 2009), it has been 203 days. The only person close to that was Kevin Nash who became a triple crown champion in 227 days. Don't know if this means anything in the long run, but it is interesting to see Vince solidify him in history like this.

Good to see Punk getting some screen time (Y)

Matt turning on Jeff!!! but even more RVD!!!! he returns well probably for one night only but who cares get that dude into the money in the bank at mania he is PPV right there!

Orton winning tho so predictable I could of guessed it 6 weeks back.

It felt a bit "last minute change" to me. I don't see a Hardy vs Hardy feaud accomplishing anything new.

As for Orton. Sure we all knew he would win, but I like it. His little stable is being built nicely. His attitude of "one of us or **** off" is good - not just randomly siding with other heels. But moreover, I just don't see where this is going - which in some ways I like.

I don't think Vince will touch anything to do with that film.

That said, he could instruct Jericho to play stiff and show Rourke up... But Rourke is pretty badass anyhow.

I heard he invited him to do WM to show what real Wrestlers go through, Rourke was telling people a the screen actors awards last night.

Pretty much confirmed now its in the works

We are back and Chris Jericho comes to the ring and he is dressed like Randy Orton?s therapist. Chris has something to say and he mentions that it seems like the entire WWE roster has been raving about The Wrestler starring Mickey Rourke. Time for a clip from the movie.

Chris Jericho says that one of the people who gave it a glowing review was WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair. Even though Flair is retired, he has to stay in the spotlight that he craves. Now Mickey Rourke and Flair became friends. Jericho thinks that Flair gave Rourke some bad advice. We go to comments from Mickey at the SAG Awards when Mickey challenged Chris Jericho.

Chris says that he is going to say it very slowly. He says that Mickey Rourke is out of line. It is one thing to play a wrestler, it is another thing to be one. Jericho says that he has been offended. Jericho says that it is the last thing that Rourke or Flair would want to do and that is offend Chris Jericho.

I don't think Vince will touch anything to do with that film.

Jericho has been known as a bit of a hooker, probably one of the better ones left. I would think Vince is protecting himself a bit by using Jericho. Not that Rourke is a pushover, but Jericho would not have much of a problem with Rourke.

Sadly tho when it comes to fad matches at mania the celebrity always wins.

True enough and in that case Jericho is still a good choice as he can carry almost anyone to a decent match. Jericho can probably even lose without losing too much heat even. Rourke's background as a boxer and an actor might actually make this match not terribly painful to watch.

    • Thanks Microsoft but no, I find both iterations of Outlook terrible nowadays and switched back to Thunderbird at home.
    • Happens to the best of us, bro. 😛
    • Thanks to some of the other recent Windows improvements, I'm optimistic about this one. My quick wishlist would be: perf like the older menu, merge both menus or at the very least, the older menu should be a flyout, not a simulated click to the old menu, and lastly, a customization window to let users move items from one menu to another, so I could bring Send To back to the main menu, and the OneDrive settings to the older.
    • This Gigabyte AMD RX 9070 XT is very good deal despite the launch of 9070 GRE by Sayan Sen Recently we reviewed AMD's latest 1440p gaming card, the Radeon RX 9070 GRE 12GB, for $549. The card is in stock too at that price, though if you want significantly better performance and don't mind spending a bit more, the Gigabyte Gaming model of RX 9070 XT is currently on sale for just $650 (purchase link under the specs table down below). The card employs Gigabyte's WINDFORCE cooling system which combines multiple design elements such as alternate-spinning Hawk fans, a vapor chamber, and composite heat pipes to manage heat dissipation. The Server-grade Thermal conductive gel further helps in this department. The inclusion of a semi-passive cooling mode allows the fans to remain inactive under low workloads, which allows for reduced noise operation during lighter usage. There is dual BIOS switch that allows toggling between performance and silent modes. The technical specifications of the Gigabyte Radeon RX 9070 XT GAMING OC 16G are given in the table below: Specification Value Core Clock Boost Clock: up to 3060 MHz Game Clock: up to 2520 MHz Stream Processors 4096 Memory Clock 20 Gbps Memory Size 16GB Memory Type GDDR6 Memory Bus 256-bit Card Bus Interface PCI Express 5.0 Maximum Resolution 7680 × 4320 Multi-View Support 4 displays Card Dimensions L=288 mm, W=132 mm, H=56 mm Recommended Power Supply 750W Power Connectors 3 × 8-pin Video Outputs 2 × DisplayPort 2.1a 2 × HDMI 2.1b Get it at the link below: GIGABYTE Radeon RX 9070 XT Gaming OC 16GB Graphics Card, GV-R9070XTGAMING OC: $649.99 (Sold and Shipped by Amazon US) (Was: $740) This Amazon deal is US-specific and not available in other regions unless specified.
