Damn it. They got Khali as their powerhouse. The guy is boring as hell. Ryder was basically a give in. Im seeing the last two slots as for each GM and/or Vickie/Akana.

In addition, if Team Johnny wins, Christian will earn an opportunity to wrestle for the World Heavyweight Championship

What a ****ing spoiler.......

John's team wins, Christian reheats his feud with Shameus (new WHC), Christian wins at the next PPV.......

Too much spoiler in that announcement.

I doubt all of that as a spoiler...I think they are going to keep Bryan as champ after WM

Yeah, they've done quite a bit with Bryan's character now at this point. If Vince didn't have faith he wasn't going to get over as a heel (which he sure as hell is now) Vince wouldn't have let it go this far. Not to mention, Bryan has been champ now for 3-5 months or something? I figured he'd win at WM and be champ for 3 weeks!

Christian can (and probably will) have a feud with Sheamus after WM. But in the end I think they are going to go in a Christian/Bryan/Orton/Sheamus route towards Summerslam and beyond. Those four guys are probably going to be interchangeable as Smackdown's top face/heel until SS I imagine. Plus, now there are rumors that Vince wants one of RAW's biggest names to move to SD in the next draft (which is pointless now since the brand extension is all but over) and that John Cena or Chris Jericho are the two names being thrown around as moving maybe. Maybe.

I'm still waiting for Dolph Ziggler to get his shot at the big time here. I think he got boned over a WM moment this year. Plus, he has to move away from Vickie already. I mean, yeah she is a heat magnet (and plays the heel perfectly, I'd say about as good as Eddie did it) and gets him more exposure but come on. How many tag matches does he have to have, let alone being put together with Swagger (who is in the Miz situation now, floating around into obscurity if he isn't give something to do soon!) and jobbing to tag teams who aren't even tag teams! What happened to the tag team division being revamped/rebooted WWE? Oh right, Evan Bourne got high doing something other than shooting star presses and what not. Right.

Sorry if this is long and rants, and/or doesn't make much sense. It's pretty late here and I've been up for 3 days straight and feel like poop. Also, Daniel Bryan is a god. YES YES YES.

Why RAW Ratings Continue to Suffer

by

Source: http://www.ewrestlin...tinue-to-Suffer

For being one the most anticipated Wrestlemanias, Raw has done a terrible job building this year's mania and the RAW ratings are suffering. I believe that the ratings are blowing because of the quality of the show. I mean it is top notch as far as a professional production quality, but just the way they format the show really irritates me and probably bores the occasional viewer. The way they've been formatting raw doesn't work for several reasons:

1. Commentary

Cole and Jerry's commentary is total ****ing garbage and they don't do a good enough job transitioning the show...they'll preview the next segment and it usually consists of a radical opinion of Cole, and/or an awkward one liner by lawler. Their commentary is FAR from epic when great moments happen because Cole is either ****ting his pants, or ripping on the segment/wrestler and jerry either rips on cole or says another awkward, unintelligent, childish one liner. What happened to the excitement and realness on commentary when good ol' JR was screaming "MY GOD ITS STONE COLD! STONE COLD! HES STUNNING ANYTHING THAT BY GOD MOVES"...now we get cole's nazally yelp "OH MY HES HERE.....THE ROCK..AND THE ROCKS ARRIVED.." followed by an awkward silence and Jerry's classic "Oh boy here we go"

Everyone hates Cole, but I think Jerry is the one of the two that needs to hang it up...overall commentary is underwhelming, and down right annoying

2. Matches

I think the match quality (especially on a typical RAW) has completely gone to hell and every match despite the wrestler pretty much goes the same. Face starts off hot, heel catches ONE nice move (usually the same nice move they do every week) and then we get 10 minutes of the heel beating on the face, doing the same 5 moves they do every week (the miz's neckbreaker combos are a great example). After the usual brutally botched 45 second headlock, the face comes back with momentum, gives them their moveset and FINALLY we get a different result from this point forward in the match...I mean I am aware that that is how wrestling has always been to an extent, but the in ring product has gotten so generic and there arent ANY classics on Raw anymore. This is partly why people get bored of watching...and if you're going to make a match go through a commercial break at least have ONE good spot in the match where a commerical is appropriate. 5-10 years ago commericals would cue after an incredible acrobatic/skilled move that changes the pace of the match...now at best we get a cm punk/truth/kofi suicide dive that looks the same every single week...but if you have the big show and d bry fighting and you go to commerical after d bry gets headbutted out of the ring? who the **** is gonna not turn the channel when there is no urgency to get back to the match? I mean I wouldn't, and I'm sure none of the people reading this would...but your occasional viewer is not going to patiently wait to see the aftermatch of a match that has happened 15 times in the last month (big show/dbry, christian/orton, any mixed tag match) that is going to basically have the same spots every match (although i never got sick of orton/christian).

3. VIDEO PACKAGES

Now this **** ****es me off. Don't get me wrong, I love video packages and think WWE does them very well and in many ways it is one of their forte's in the business. However, you don't need to jam the same 3 segments down our throat that we've seen 10 times. I felt so bad for anyone who wasted money ordering the royal rumble when they played 2 six minute long video packages of Rock/Cena that they CONTINUED to show us again and again for the next 3 raws. Now I'm the biggest wrestling fan I know and even I found myself turning the repetitive video packages. Why aren't people keeping their TV's on Raw during wrestlemania time? because we are getting the same ****ing bull**** video packages over and over again about storylines that aren't advancing (HHH vs Taker for example).

I hope someone sees this because you probably share the same views as I do, but if wwe continues to give its fan's generic "entertainment" with bad commentary, ****ty, boring, and predictable matches, and the same video packages that don't explain anything new, then I see ratings to continually decline...

JR, in his great times was probably one of the best, if not the best, play-by-play commentators in the WWF.

Shame he cant anymore even though he should for every single WrestleMania....

Why do you say he can't anymore? Last time I saw him doing it a few weeks ago, he did a great job.

AP writer Dan Gelston recently asked The Rock about a possible WrestleMania 29 match with Brock Lesnar. His response?

"I'm not saying a thing," said a laughing, grinning Rock, eyebrow raised. "I didn't say anything."

Rock also said: "They know that I'm back, not for money, not because I like being on the road, but because I love the business. The energy level is different this time around, the connection is more emotional this time around."

We reported over the weekend that WWE officials are looking to announce the main event for WrestleMania 29 this year ? possibly on the RAW Supershow the night after WrestleMania 28. The belief is that the RAW after WrestleMania 28 will be the highest-rated of the year.

Right now officials are looking at John Cena, The Rock, Steve Austin, The Undertaker and possibly Brock Lesnar as the top guys to build next year around. Regarding Austin, he has not committed to wrestling another match yet.

^ Nope. Vince is not going to book a match between two part timers (and part timer is a stretch) as a WM Main Event.

John's team wins, Christian reheats his feud with Shameus (new WHC), Christian wins at the next PPV.......

How is it a spoiler? They stated as much last week on Smackdown when Christian joined the team.

Its a spoiler because there is no reason at all other to build a refeud for that stipulation to be put in place.

There was also not really a reason for Christian to be on Laurinitis' team ... he's been out injured since basically before Laurinitis took over Raw.

Spoiler alert!

Good news then; he's not on Team Johnny anymore. He was "re-injured" by CM Punk on this week's RAW, and he's been replaced by Drew McIntyre.

And before that, The Miz was announced as the final member of Team Johnny after he saved "Mr. Excitement" from a Cobra.

And the final member of Team Teddy is, surprisingly, Booker T. So here is the final lineup for both teams...

Team Johnny

David Otunga (Captain)

Mark Henry

Dolph Ziggler

Jack Swagger

The Miz

Drew McIntyre

Team Teddy

Santino Marella (Captain)

R-Truth

Kofi Kingston

Zack Ryder

The Great Khali

Booker T

    • My father still uses a programme written in dbase3. Still manages to work with a little help from dosbox.
    • Microsoft hides these secret Windows 11 performance boost settings available on every PC by Sayan Sen Windows enthusiasts often look for ways to extract as much performance out of their systems as possible, and it's often the case that they try and do so while trying to minimize the heat and power consumption. This is especially relevant in the case of mobile Windows PCs since laptops and notebooks tend to get hot and management of that heat and power is harder in such a form factor. As such users often turn to techniques like under-volting which can be used to squeeze out the maximum capabilities of a chip while also maintaining lowered power levels. There are official apps from AMD and Intel with the likes of Ryzen Master and XTU (Extreme Tuning Utility). While these are quite handy, most enthusiasts probably prefer to dig into the BIOS and play around with settings there like Curve Optimizer on Ryzen, which lets users set various frequency-voltage scaling values. These are essentially called P-States. If you are not familiar with them, Processor Power Management is done through Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI) P-states and C-states. While P-states or performance pwoer states handle CPU voltage-frequency scaling, C-states deal with CPU sleep states so that some of the CPU functions, which are not necessary at that moment, can be disabled. The P-states and C-states work together to make the processor run more efficiently. It helps the OS and apps determine which cores can be parked and which should be boosted. Of course not every user is an enthusiast or knows the technicalities and integrities of how things like overclocking or undervolting work. Thankfully for them Windows itself offers something pretty cool, though it is hidden by default on all systems. By default, Windows only has two P-States, "Minimum Processor State" and "Maximum Processor State." However, this can be changed with a Registry trick to expand the options under a secret "Processor performance boost mode" dropdown. This essentially enables the HWP or hardware P-States available on a device, and these are not controlled just by the OS itself as the underlying hardware gets involved too. In total there are five Processor Performance Boost Mode profiles that control how Windows requests and allows CPU turbo/boost behavior under the different power policies. They are: Disabled: In this mode, processor boosting is effectively turned off. The CPU will avoid entering turbo or boost frequencies and instead operate closer to its base frequency ceiling. This can significantly reduce power consumption and heat output, but at the cost of reduced burst performance and responsiveness in short workloads. Enabled: This is the standard behavior where boost functionality is allowed under normal conditions. The processor can opportunistically increase frequency when workload demands it, balancing performance gains with power and thermal constraints as managed by the system. Aggressive: Aggressive mode favors performance more heavily, allowing the CPU to enter higher boost states more readily and sustain them longer. This should in theory improve responsiveness under bursty or heavy workloads but increases power draw and thermal output compared to the default enabled behavior. Efficient Enabled: This mode still allows boosting, but with a stronger bias toward energy efficiency. The system attempts to use boost more selectively, avoiding unnecessary frequency spikes when the performance gain is marginal. Efficient Aggressive: This is a hybrid approach where boost is still performance-responsive, but the system continuously weighs efficiency more heavily than in Aggressive mode. It aims to deliver noticeable performance improvements while reducing wasted power in less demanding scenarios. Here's how to enable the Processor performance boost mode: Open Registry Editor: Press Win+R, type regedit, and click OK. Go to: HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\PowerSettings\54533251-82be-4824-96c1-47b60b740d00\be337238-0d82-4146-a960-4f3749d470c7 (where HKLM stands for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE_) Modify the value of Attributes from 1 to 2 (you can find modify option by right-clicking) After that, exit Registry, you should now be able to see the new "Processor performance boost mode" dropdown menu: As you can see there are now five new P-States or CPPC states or power profile available that help define the boost mode processor setting on your PC. Wrapping it up here's a quick run-down of the settings as defined by Microsoft itself. Setting Description Disabled The corresponding P-state-based behaviour is disabled. Collaborative Processor Performance Control (CPPC) behaviour is disabled. Enabled The corresponding P-state-based behaviour is enabled. CPPC behaviour is Efficient Enabled. Aggressive The corresponding P-state-based behaviour is enabled. CPPC behaviour is Aggressive. Efficient Enabled The corresponding P-state-based behaviour is Efficient. CPPC behaviour is Efficient Enabled. Efficient Aggressive The corresponding P-state-based behaviour is Efficient. CPPC behaviour is Aggressive. Aggressive At Guaranteed Windows calculates the desired extra performance above the guaranteed performance level, and asks the processor to deliver that specific performance level. Efficient Aggressive At Guaranteed Windows always asks the processor to deliver the highest possible performance above the guaranteed performance level. In the next part we shall be comparing these settings to explore how much of a benefit or regression they can provide in terms of performance and power efficiency. If you decide to change the values on your system and are experiencing problems like crashes or an overheating PC, make sure to revert the steps back to the original state.
    • I think he means you haven't reviewed previous UFC games. Of course it doesn't matter... Every time you just report on something that involves the President even if just simply what happened you guys usually get accused of being anti-Trump. We live in fun times.
    • So how did you solve the problem? Disabling Secure Boot isn’t a solution.
