Virgil's started a GoFundMe campaign to become a next Million Dollar Man (literally, in this case).

And the top comment is...

my kid is having a bday party, I think there is room at the end of the drive way for your table.

If you have not watched Battleground, do not open the spoiler.

Undertaker vs Lesnar 2 will happen Summerslam

HOW on Earth does this make sense?? It's beyond stupid, they should've ended this before Taker's thing with Bray. This + Cena retaining made me feel that BG was crap...

I've got a thought...

Battleground has won the Worst Major Show award in the WON Awards for the past two years and I can't shake off the feeling that WWE only put Undertaker out there to make sure it didn't win the award for a third year in a row. As TDT said, it just doesn't make sense now; it should have been done last year. Just thinking out loud though; that award is almost certainly going to TNA Slammiversary XIII this year by way of audio difficulties.

Undertaker have no business interfering during the match and it's the worst scenario asking for a rematch. It doesn't form any logic behind this decision because if he really want to interfere it can be done after lesnar won the title.. What's wrong with the writers GOD.

That GoFundMe for Virgil to be a millionaire has made my blood boil.  For some obscure reason he was the first WWF wrestling figure I ever bought - I'd been to a toy shop in Manchester and had it in a bag.  Now there was a WWF event in Manchester that weekend and we happened to be staying in the same hotel (another long story for another time, I shared a lift with Alexander O'Neil and 2 hookers).  I aproached Virgil to sign the blister-pack and he was drunk and rude - to a 12 year old kid version of me.  To the point my father squared up to him*.  What a douche.

I can't fully recall the ins and outs, my dad was a big guy, he certainly could handle himself in a fight but I have no idea against a trained wrestler.  But Virgil was not liked in the locker room, and two other wrestlers dragged him away and apologised.  From my VERY hazy recollection one was Shawn Michaels, but my mind could be making that part up.  One thing I do remember vividly was a very early WWF Undertaker (because I was genuinely scared of him) just shaking his head at Virgil and smiling at me, and patting my dad on the back as the situation was being diffused.

Some people seem to think that the Taker thing is NOT about the streak, but about what Brock did to Kane. That's why he looked so angry. But I don't buy it, and most people WILL think it's about the streak. I guess we'll find out more on Raw tonight...

P.S. As much as I enjoy seeing him, this time it wasn't the case, both because of the stupid angle and because he really looked old and out of shape :( Basically a fat, tall guy with tatoos... I guess his age finally shows...

    • I've not seen any controlled testing and, judging by Microsoft's mentality, within a year, they'll have added so much more bloat, it'll undo any perceptible latency benefit and we'll have boosted the CPU clocks for nothing.
    • It depends: heat soak is a thing. Initially on cold boot-up, the heatsinks & heatpipes are at ambient temp. After heatsinks & heatpipes warm up (through normal usage), they don't immediately cool to ambient temp when the load goes away. So their baseline is higher and the trigger point for fans is much less stress. Add a few more CPU spikes → it's too hot to stay at the same fan RPM → fans get triggered to start up up much sooner / get triggered to ramp much more quickly.
    • Can LibreOffice just shut up and worry about themselves and stop comparing themselves? Do we see Microsoft complaining about euro office?
    • Why should simply opening the Action Center ... require any significant amount of CPU cycles? Too many are ignoring the elephant in the room: today's CPUs may have similar clock frequencies to CPUs from a decade ago (~4 to 5 GHz), but they run with far higher performance per clock, even on the smallest E-cores. The Action Center is a static, minor desktop element. It ought to open instantly on any CPU made in the past 2.5 decades at even low clocks. Opening a program? Boost away. Unzipping a file? Boost to your heart's content. Right-clicking the notification area? This should be an ultra-efficient, low-impact event that opens instantly. Compare today's UI elements to Windows 7 UI elements. Today's UI elements hardly do anything more substantial or important or critical, yet now require modern-day processors to jump half a GHz to reduce their latency.
    • This is not an option lmao: it is part of the KB5094126 update, pushed to all users. There is no GUI to configure it. Reading the article should be required for commenting.
