Yeah, that only got made because ADR tweeted saying that.

There's something a bit off about the new design to me. Maybe it's all that leather showing on the front making it look a bit empty, i'm not sure.

I like the leather showing through.

At least it doesn't have glory holes.

With Raw in Dallas next week, I think the lights go out and everyone thinks its the shield, but when they come up, its UT in the ring. He attacks Punk, and there you go.

Its going to be Rock vs Cena no matter what. In the 'real world' (ie, at press conferences) they are marketing Rock vs Cena. Could they add Punk? Sure. But Cena will be in the match.

Confirmed: 2K Games have made a multi-year deal with WWE for the game series, with WWE '14 coming this year, but sadly, Yuke's are still developing it, so it's same-old same-old. :(

would they really kill off swagger after what happened????

I wouldn't put it past them, especially as he and Colter's gained the attention of right-wing media (apparently Fox News have reported on them too now). WWE's even had to resort to issuing a statement about them...

WWE has a long history of creating fictional characters that serve as either protagonists or antagonists, no different than other television shows or feature films. To create compelling and relevant content for our audience, it is important to incorporate current events into our storylines.

WWE is creating drama centered on a topical subject that has varying points of view to develop a rivalry between two characters. This storyline in no way represents WWE?s political point of view. One should not confuse WWE?s storytelling with what WWE stands for, similar to other entertainment companies such as Warner Bros., Universal Studios or Viacom.

I reckon one of two things will happen...

  1. They keep things progressing as if nothing happened, but Swagger simply loses at WrestleMania to ADR.
  2. They gradually separate Swagger and Colter; maybe even take Colter off TV entirely.

TNA to hold events in individual fans? homes

Citing declining attendance at live events and falling pay-per-view buyrates,TNA Wrestling announced today that all future events will be held in the homes of individual fans.

?We want our fans to get the ultimate close-up experience of TNA Wrestling,? said company president Dixie Carter at a press conference.

?That?s why we?re bringing the action directly to your living rooms.?

The news comes on the heels of recent announcement that TNA will no longer broadcast from the Impact Zone in Florida, but instead take its show on the road.

The upcoming Bound for Glory pay-per-view will be held in the living room of Ted Greenblatt, a 24-year-old line cook in Milwaukee.

Attempting to put a positive spin on the news, Carter said every ?TNA is now the only wrestling promotion on earth literally performing house shows.?

      Frankly, I blame whoever is writing such articles. "A big improvement/update and/or new feature is now available to everyone! Also, use this unofficial tweak tool to enable it because it actually isn't available to you yet officially and might not in fact even be entirely ready or whatever, hence why it is perhaps not enabled for you*. But it's great and you should enable it!" I mean there's nothing wrong with sharing info about some feature you might need to enable via unofficial means, of course. It's just that these articles tend to essentially end up being two news pieces in one, and one of them tends to be a bit misleading. (*Yes, yes, the "it's a controlled rollout!" thing. Not a fan of that one either. The argument, not the actual rollout.)

      OpenAI is making Codex more useful in Chrome and the cloud by Pradeep Viswanathan OpenAI's Codex now has more than 5 million users, up nearly 4x from earlier this year. To further accelerate Codex's growth among developers, OpenAI today announced that it has agreed to acquire Ona, a company that builds secure cloud execution and orchestration technology for developers. Ona will enable developers to run Codex with persistent and controlled cloud infrastructure for long-running agentic workflows. Right now, most Codex execution happens locally on developers' laptops and PCs, and the agents work continuously for hours. Through Ona, OpenAI aims to make Codex agents keep working for days without being tied to a user’s local machine or an active session. This will be an important capability for enterprises that want to deploy AI agents in production while maintaining control over infrastructure, data, security boundaries, credential scope, logging, and review workflows. Like any acquisition, the deal is still subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals. Until the deal closes, OpenAI and Ona will continue to operate as separate companies. After closing, Ona’s team will join the Codex team to improve developer workflows. Alongside the Ona acquisition announcement, OpenAI today introduced a few Codex updates.
