Rappy, if you and I ran creative, ratings would be in the 7.0 range again lol

I've seen it all in wrestling. From the stuff I remember going to see in person in the early 80's (about 1980 is as far back as I can remember wrestling wise) all the way to WWF and WCW events I use to go to. It's a shame Vince has totally lost touch with what we the fans want anymore. And it's sad, since WE are the target audience after all. People like us who grew up with Hogan and Flair (or more recent stars like Rock or Austin etc) want stuff like that, not this watered down garbage they continually throw at us. OK we get it, you want to keep the PG thing for advertisers and what not, fine. We can be creative without cursing or showing ######.

It's to bad people like us would never, NEVER be on WWE's creative team. Unless we won the lotto and won like a few hundred million and actually bought WWE :D

First change I'd make as head of creative? Christian to RAW. Swagger in a program with either Cena or HHH. Kofi and Cody Rhodes in a program for the US Champ. MVP and Evan Bourne in a program together with another mid-carder or two for a 4-way for another title (either the IC or CW). Plus I'd move a ton of SD guys over to RAW and vice versa as well. I'd move Undertaker to RAW first of all. Put him right in a program with either Shawn Michaels or HHH that would lead into WM for the "Streak" etc. Along the way, Kane would interfere (with his mask back on, after a horrifying fire incident on SD or RAW heh) and destroy UT.

See, this is just 2 minutes of thinking. WHO WANTS TO SEE KANE THE MORON ANYMORE, NOT ME! I want the Big Red Machine baby! Plus, if anyone in WWE (besides William Regal imo) deserves a World Title run now it's Kane. He's busted his butt, done everything WWE's told him and gotten nothing but crap storylines over the past, 6 years?

So...

Batista is turning heel? All well and good, but as it stands Orton is the only decent heel, and he's useless.

Don't get me wrong, I like psycho Orton and it's not his fault. Problem is WWE going PG. It's too tame now. And that won't change...

Why?

1) Ratings. They are reaching a larger audience.

2) Linda. Vince won't hurt her chances by putting any questionable storylines or actions out. Heck, Cena was glued up to stem the blood because of this, and we all know how much VKM likes to see his wrestlers bleed.

Linda's changes are pretty low anyway

Linda's changes are pretty low anyway

Not sure what you mean by that.

But what I am saying is that... Look, she is linked with WWE as a product. Her rivals hack clearly already started using this link against her (past storylines involving rape, necrophilia, vicious attacks on women, bullying the disabled, etc). Vince is deliberately keeping the product away from such angles, and ONE reason for this is to not provide her rivals further ammunition.

Yeah I don't think Linda running for the Senate has anything to do with the whole PG thing. It does make things WORSE now though I think, as Vince is shying away from anything that could be a potential problem for Linda's run.

That being said, if any of her opponents actually use any of the storylines from the past against her, they are idiots and deserve to never work in the political world.

Nuff said...

yeah I can see it now "why do we want a woman who condones a masked man having sex with a dead body a place in our senate"

If you read the site Wrestleview, one of the reports from backstage at bragging rights implicitly states what I am saying.

Whether she left the company or not, the link WILL be used (by those who cannot attack on legitimate levels) against her.

Moreover, vince has been tame for years? Of course. But do you think Linda made this decision overnight?

    • Exciting! It’s amazing how hearing Japanese can naturally enhance the perceived quality of any experience or product.
    • Your other comment in another article says otherwise, namely "Microsoft veteran wants to replace every single line of C/C++ code with Rust and AI".
    • Sued and... exonerated. Oh, they learned a lesson alright. They learned that anyone who uses the word "antiturst" in conjunction with "Microsoft" is an idiot, even if that person is Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson. That judge ruined the image of the US justice system. Microsoft Edge has a 5.14% market share. Also, Windows is no longer the #1 OS. None of this constitutes a monopoly. Google Chrome, however, has 70.25% share. Also, Google's Android is the #1 OS. Now that's closer to a monopoly.
