Well, have a few copies coming

My Online Order has been packed.

And I've Pre-ordered 4 Copies from my Local EB games in a trade-in ( 3 x Xbox 360 games for 1 GTA IV + 25$ Gift certificate ).

So I'm gonna sell 3 copies, take on of those orders as a PS3 version so i can compare the two games.

WTF?

Nutter for preordering as many :p

On the bright side, I'm getting rid of all my cheap Xbox 360 games i never play, plus the money i make will make up for what i paid.

So I'm getting the game for free, plus 4 x Gift Certificates, Plus 3 Happy friends who get the game a bit cheaper and cleaned out in all my 360 games

IMHO, putting multiple preorders in is a very sensible idea. Remember what happened with the Wii? Everywhere was sold out in less than a day, and people were flogging them for ludicrous prices.

If you were to sell them while people were still able to happily murder to get their hands on a copy, then theres a lot of money to be made

Well done that man! eBay is waiting!

Yeah make the stream but dont name it GTA 4, name is something random, like "cooking chicken with ketchup" or something... that wont raise a flag... unless they are hungry.

Think before you post man! I now not only can't wait for GTA but am also hungry! Bah!

what are we all complaining about? its not even officially released until tuesday, so monday is a miracle!

If you had put in your order with Game then you would have been guaranteed a release day delivery, but the pre-orders are sold out now

I think its more of a interest thing, normally I get the game on Thursdays when they are meant to be released on Friday.

However is odd to release a game on Tuesday.

Here in North America, games, movies (dvds) and music gets released on Tuesdays. Movies (theatres) open on Friday. Must be different across the pond.

It's odd for the UK to have a game release on Tuesday but this relates back to the US and having their game releases on Tuesday. Hence for a worldwide release and to stop the pirating of the game where people will download the game since it isn't available at retail in their region Tuesday was selected as the day for world wide release.

That may be true, but it's a bit different with games. They are very easy to mass produce. They may be sold out for a week or so. But by the end of the month everyone that wanted the game will have it by then.

I ordered from Amazon UK. Hopefully my copy will be shipped Monday. I called them and they say they haven't even recieved their delivery of games yet though!

Best be shipped tomorrow otherwise I'll be angry.

    • Nvidia is your issue more so than linux itself. I did used it for a while with an old 1060 3gb, but using propietary drivers was kind of messy.

    • The current Statcoungter desktop numbers has Google Chrome increasing it's market share this past year and currently commanding 75% share. Everybody else is just making up the numbers with even MS Edge losing 3% this past year and has dipped just below 10% share which is staggering considering it's default on every Windows deviced purchased. If these numbers are correct that terrible Edge number is both devastating and embarrassing for MS especially when you add in the terribly low Bing market share. This leads me to ask a couple of questions as the default browser holding just less than 10% market share seems really weird. It used to be that all Chromium browsers were being counted as Google Chrome in some cases.  Is this still happening? Do these high Google Chrome numbers contains some Edge user numbers?
