So will the directors of Ironman and The Incredible Hulk colloborate on the sequel to make an Avengers movie? Also does anyone know if Sam Jackson will being making an appearance with Edward Norton after the credits? Edited by Oxuyoska
Some people are claiming that this movie its on par with Batman Beigns. its really THAT good? :o

I don't think it's that well done when it comes to character development and such, but as superhero movies goes it's definitely that good overall.

Great movie and best superhero movie since Batman Begins. The acting is top-notch, especially Downey Jr, Iron Man himself.

The action scenes and special effects put Spider-man to shame.

The score is somewhat forgettable, but competent.

Looking forward to the sequel.

9/10.

P.S.: Stay after the credits, you won't be disapointed.

it wasn't the best movie... nor was it as good as transformers, so people need to stop saying that.. but it was a good set up for the next movie

8/10

Im pretty sure that since this is a more or less 'free' forum that people can keep saying what they want. I think it was better than Transformers, and I give it a 15/10 I am easily amused, and I loved it.

The movie was good but nothing awesome. Robert downey was expectedly great, the CGI was great, but it lacked action, which it does not compensate with its so-called characterizations. It feels like a 100% summer blockbuster movie, which isnt something I 100% expected reading some of the reviews, it is no where near as different as batman begins or ang lee's hulk.

however like most comic book movies, it sets up nicely for a sequel.

I will settle for 7/10. 7.5 tops.

I saw it and my only perk with it is that it was maybe 30 minutes too long (take some scene here and there, which were boring, and you have the 30 minutes).

The special effects were awesome, specially the part with the jets and Ironman flying.

Overall I liked it very much, can't wait until its released on BluRay.

Amazing movie, loved it. Wish there was more action instead of just at the end but being the first ina series I can understand why. RDJ was THE MAN without him it would have sucked. Now we will see if I can wait until blu ray to watch again for it I will go back to the theaters. My money is on the 2nd choice.

really no different than ang lee's hulk? ouch and you gave that movie a 7/10...

Seen the movie last night and I have to say it was very good. I few parts of the movie had me laughing like the " tests "

I would rate the movie a 8.0 on 10. The end left me in a state of WTF but in the end I guess it sets up for a second movie.

Over all I really enjoyed it.

Batman Begins and Ang Lee's Hulk are both different from the usual superhero movies. These two were ambitious and cater more towards their characters and exposition rather than just action and humour. While Begins is the better film, Hulk was still pretty damn good. I for one thought the CGI looked great for its time. I'm not saying Iron Man is bad, just that reading some of the reviews, I thought it would be a slightly more ambitious take on the genre. It's of course still good and very fun, but then you can't deny, for the type of film that it is, it lacked action can you?

I personally thought Hulk was horribly done while I loved Batman Begins. And I'd certainly place Iron Man in the second spot (with Batman Begins at the first) even though it wasn't quite in the same vein as Batman Begins because it was just so well done for what it wanted to do.

heh... we're all entitled to own opinion, so mine's the following:

tons better than transformers. transformers imo was actually crap, grossly overrated and actually annoyed me because of its inconsistency.

iron man is awesome. probably the best movie i have seen so far this year. and i agree, definitely better than all the comic to movie adaptation i have ever seen.

can't wait for the next one (2010... booo! come out sooner!), and i would imagine war machine would be in it? that would be AWESOME^GOOGLE.

    • I agree. I also think Phil stayed too long. They should definitely fire whoever thought all a console platform needed was Call of Duty, Elder Scrolls, and Fallout to survive. Asha and crew are still saying they need more Elder Scrolls and Fallout games. They simply don't get it.

    • Mozilla highlights Firefox Nova 2026 redesign and more upcoming features with new roadmap by Sayan Sen Last month Mozilla confirmed that Firefox was set to get a major redesign this year. Dubbed "Project Nova", it can already be tested and will roll out to all users later this year. The idea is to keep the browser competitive in a rapidly evolving internet landscape. As such the revamp focuses on improving privacy, usability, performance, accessibility, and customization. Key privacy features including the built-in VPN, private browsing mode, and Enhanced Tracking Protection, will be more visible and easier to manage, while users will have the option to disable AI features entirely through a dedicated kill switch. Additionally, the redesign promises faster page loading, the return of Compact mode, expanded personalization options, and stronger accessibility support. You can find the full details in the dedicated piece linked above. In a new blog post today the company once again reiterated on Nova and also emphasized other new and upcoming features like the settings revamp that is intended to make it easier for users to understand browser settings. In order to make it simpler for users to keep up with such features Mozilla today is launching Firefox roadmap. Hence enthusiasts and interested users will be able to check out what's cooking and also share feedback about the upcoming additions. Alongside the roadmap announcement, Mozilla also highlighted what's new in Firefox 152. One of the biggest additions is the arrival of Tab Groups on Android. The feature, which has already been helping desktop users organize large numbers of tabs, is now beginning to roll out on mobile. Users will be able to group related tabs together, assign names and colors to them, and return to them later. Mozilla says support for iOS will arrive later this year. Firefox 152 also introduces the aforementioned redesigned Settings experience. The company says the changes are meant to make controls easier to find and help users discover features they may not have previously known about. Existing preferences are not changing, though they are now better organized. Another notable addition is the new Blocked Tracker Widget, which provides a visual overview of Firefox's privacy protections by showing how many trackers have been blocked over time and the types of tracking activity the browser has stopped. Looking ahead, Mozilla revealed several upcoming roadmap features. They include customizable keyboard shortcuts, as well as enhanced PDF editing tools that will allow documents to be split, merged, and reorganized directly within Firefox. The company is also working on bringing Multi-Account Containers into the native Firefox experience thus removing the need for a separate extension. Meanwhile Firefox's built-in VPN is set to expand to mobile devices. Mozilla is also developing AI-powered features like Quick Answers, which can provide concise responses to voice queries, and Smart Window, its optional AI browsing experience that is now available without a waitlist. Finally, a new Power Saving Mode is in the works and will help reduce the impact of resource-heavy tabs on mobile devices in order to extend battery life. The video below summarizes the upcoming changes in an easy to understand format: You can find the announcement blog post here on Mozilla's official website.
    • Dead on arrival at that price. Like they missed the mark by multiple hundreds of dollars - this should actually undercut the Macbook Air at $899 if they want any sort of sales / further adoption of WoA
