Issues fixed in previous seeds:

- LEAP connection in Airport 802.1x

What exactly does this mean?

Since the 10.5.3 release I've had trouble reconnecting with my wireless access points. I have one on the ground floor of my house and one one the first floor. And if I close my macbook at the ground level and go upstairs and open it there, it takes about 2 minutes to connect. The same goes for the other way around. I have no problems if I keep the laptop running when changing floors. And I haven't had this with 10.5.2. It used to connect instantly.

My access points are 802.11g and my macbook has 802.11n. Could that have something to do with it?

I hope this gets fixed in 10.5.4. I hate to wait or my connection before I can do anything.

Hopefully this update will finally fix the Computer icon for the new 3.06 GHz iMac. I hate the fact the OS seems to think I'm on a 17-inch iMac with iSight.

The occasional hang on shutdown is pretty annoying as well.

Usually point releases add new icons, so it sounds like it will. I believe .3 added iPhone and iPod touch icons.

Well v10.5.3 didn't fix this issue and the necessary icon file is already there. Mac OS X just uses the wrong file to correspond with this particular iMac model.

Quickest way to get this addressed is to file it to Bug Reports...

No known issues. Should be soon..

I am thinking these builds are simply to introduce some form of Mobile Me / iPhone3 compatibility because I have not felt a change in the way anything works or performs since the first 10.5.4 build.

Any info on the supported cameras? I'm going to buy a PowerShot G9, but may reconsider in favour of a Panasonic FZ18 if it gets RAW support.

The PS G9 has tethering problems with Aperture as well. Any news on whether that's been fixed? I'm not sure if it's an OS or Aperture problem (probably the latter, now I think about it)
