[Launchy] Watercolor Emico

This is a Launchy Skin Pack for +Capric0rn's Watercolor Emico Visual Style suite. All buttons are functional, the flag in the upper left hand corner will open Launchy's options window, and the close button will shut down launchy. I'll update the package when the new colors are released.
