Thank you very much, mate. ;)

No problem, if anyone else wants some stream links give us a PM.

Game of the Year = Spurs vs Arsenal!

Absolutely. Went absolutely mental in the pub when Bentley scored the first one and when we equalised at the end. The pub was pretty evenly spread with Spurs and Arse fans and the shouts and cheers went back and fourth for the whole game.

Honestly one of the best games I have ever seen.

^ was it actually a good game? or just ugly and entertaining?

Fantastic game, for Spurs fans and for Neutrals (and even the Goons until we equalised...)! Arse threw it away though, really, but Spurs did excellently to capitalise on mistakes and scored by far the better goals. Epic game.

Yeah, Spurs were heroic last night. But it's only one game, and one point.

Does anyone seen the Man Utd game ? Berbatov made a brilliant trick for the second goal of Ronaldo. Second half was kind of boring since we already get the result.

Watch out Reds, Devils are after you. ;)

martyn: are liverpool home games sold out in-advanced or for most games are they avaliable at ground or is it impossible to get a ticket?

It is pretty difficult to get a ticket mate.

I think I posted something about getting tickets for LFC a month or so back in this thread, when rajput asked.

Honestly one of the best bits of skill I have ever seen

Terrible, just terrible, Zola needs to make some major changes, but what is the financial state of our Icelandic "Billionnaire"? Bring back crazy money magnusson! :p

As for Spurs, bloody hell! Superman Harry strikes again!

Saha scored for Everton, to make it 1-0 against Fulham

And that's a very good news for him and for Everton.

Good game for Tigers today but coming to Old Trafford was a bit of a mountain for the team. It's a good warning for us, we must secure the game with a 3 goals lead. No doubt Fergusson will find the words so it won't happen again.

And I hate to see Rooney like that, it's a miracle he had only a yellow card.

Oh, I almost forgot, do I need to tell you that I am so happy Tottenham won ? ;)

No lucky late goals from Liverpool this time :p

@zoom7000 yeah we suck lets not take the fun away from spurs beating liverpool tho :p

You really hate Liverpool don't you? Still I suppose you have to find something to distract you from your own ****ty team.

Spurs were lucky, but oh well. It might give us a kick up the arse.

Spurs were lucky but you should have scored more. In fact, you should have scored more in recent games, a deflected shot and a lucky penalty got you the winners in the 2 previous games. Hell, even your goal yesterday had a deflection :p

Still, was a good day yesterday, got to see arsenal lose the plot again and you lose a game you shouldn't have :D

No Arsenal fans writing here? Reason: We are all gutted at how bad we are playing and how it is getting worse every game. So we are watching the game and Arsenal is 2 goals down to Stoke of all teams.. and my friend (a Chelsea fan) asks me an evil grin.. "Who's Stoke playing against?" (As if he didn't know).. "Arsenal".. I said in a bearly audible voice.. "I think".. :o I couldn't bring myself to belief that it is really Arsenal.. 72% possesion, a man sent off for stupidity and lossing the game!? "Where is my Arsenal?" I said to myself.

The season has just abt reached 1/3rd and we already lost to Hull, Sunderland, Stoke and Spurs (it was a defeat)??! Not long time ago this was unthinkable.. I am sick and tired Mr. Wenger.. Sick of AW spinning at the end of the matches or complaining abt the likes of Blackburn, Stoke and Bolton roughing us up a bit.. Sick of him asking refrees to make sure we are not tackled?! sick of these amazing youngsters doing their best but still not managing to get a result coz they simple are not strong enf physically..

2005 :).. Rem that? That was when we last won a trophy.. and that too on penatlies.. 2005!??! for Christ's sake Wenger! we are sick of hearing abt transitions and money and injuries and being too young.. Whose job is it to fix these things? Not the players certainly.. What are we transtioning to thats taking so long? When will we get the money? Oh we already have that.. but someone wont buy some players coz of God knows what reason.. Why isn't our bench filled with players who can fill in for injured/rested players? Why aren't there experienced players for these kids to look up to?

Henry learnt to be the best from the master.. Bergkamp.. Cole and others learnt to defend from the famous 4 (Adams and Co.).. who is there now to groom these kids.. They have no role models.. van Persie/ Cesc and Ade learnt some things from Henry and it shows but since his depature seems we lost our last true great player and the meaning and pride of being Arsenal..

Wenger is too stubborn to listen to the fans.. Don't get me wrong.. I love Wenger and beautiful game Arsenal has played for years under him.. but we need trophies now.. We need strong players to challenge in set-plays and to score from crosses when these mediocre teams sit back.. we need experienced players to groom the kids and to act as role models for them..

We need Eduardo and Rosicky back.. someone who is not afraid to shoot from range. Will Wenger buy us such players? I doubt it.. but lets wait and see.. We need to get rid of one of our goalies and get a good keeper.. Atleast one proper CB, a physically strong CM like Baptista (whom i still believe we should've held on to) and a striker who can score with his head and not just his feet..

What makes it worse is that Wenger knows this.. That's why he went for Barry and Alonso. That's why he went for Crouch.. but why did he stop after Crouch signed for Pompey?? There are other players who can do this u know.. Owen, Morientes and Trezaguet to name a few.. Why didn't we buy other players of similar qualities? Especially coz we needed them and it was not a luxury..

I believe it still isn't too late to win trophies this season.. BUT ONLY if we buy this winter.. Winning UCL/FA cup will help fans forget the horrible season we are having so far somewhat.. plz Wenger!! BUY experienced, strong players this winter and go all out of CL and FA Cup.. Coz it seems to me that the league is lost.. Let's just try to hold onto to top 4 spot and win some cups..

Very worried abt what's happening.. Where is our invincible Arsenal? Seems we lost a box when we moved from Highbury :(

In Arsene we trust.. still.. but a bit shaky now.

What a game. Despite what pundits on MoTD said, and aside from the Kyut strike, was a pretty even first half.

However the first 15 mins of the second half the Spurs goal was absolutely peppered. We were lucky not to be 3-0 down at least in this period alone, but Liverpool really should have taken their chances. Keano was poor all game and got a spattering of boos - but more applause - from the Spurs fans. Didn't deserve the boos, always gave 120% for us.

The pool fans started a rendition of 'your going down' which was met with cheers and ironic clapping from the Spurs boys just before the equaliser.

After the own-goal equaliser I was praying from like the 70th min onwards for it to be a draw. Then Bentley hit a good strike, parried by Reina, and Bent and Pavvaywhatsit combined to get the winner. Could not believe it.

The fans then sung the 'top of the league, you are having a laugh' to get back at the previous pool jibes. Great comeback, desperately needed 3 points, see ya in 2 weeks in the FA cup (where I am in no doubt the result will be very different).

Sorry Pool Boys:

Lets put it this way I won't be joining the fan club anytime soon :p

Yeah we are really crap I admit we are and even with a new manager we still fail to perform but thats to be expected we will always be a midtable/bottom half team.

    • Mafia: The Old Country expansion Man of Honor announced, brings back Salieri from original by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe During Summer Game Fest, 2K and Hanger 13 brought out a new Mafia: The Old Country trailer, revealing the game's first expansion. Named Man of Honor, this is slated to add two new chapters to the Enzo storyline that the game follows. There is an iconic character returning to the series with this expansion, with players set to run into Ennio Salieri, the future Don of the Salieri crime family. Fans of the original Mafia, or its Definitive Edition remake, may remember that name as one of the biggest characters in the storyline. This expansion is set prior to his rise to being the kingpin in the City of Lost Heaven. "Set in Sicily during the winter of 1905, Enzo Favara has proven himself a reliable soldier of the Torrisi crime family in the months since his initiation," says the studio about the new chapters. "Now, the Don entrusts him and Cesare with a delicate assignment of assisting Ennio Salieri, a man of honor recently released from prison and intent on reclaiming what is his." Working at Salieri's side, players will be heading into fresh environments as they return to the role of Enzo as a high-ranking soldato. The studio also promises brand-new weapons, fresh vehicles, and charms to collect in this expansion. Moreover, the expansion will add new content to the updated Free Ride mode. Alongside new collectibles and locations, this will add more challenges to beat alongside Salieri, which are described as runs that will "test the skills of even the most elite mafiosi." The Mafia: The Old Country Man of Honor story expansion will release on August 14, 2026, across PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5. It will cost $10 for owners of the base game to jump into.

    • Telltale returns with The Wolf Among Us, re-revealing the sequel and a new remaster by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe Telltale Games, the studio known for its episodic games from the 2000s, had a surprise appearance at the Summer Game Fest showcase today. The studio has gone through a collapse, an acquisition, and a revival but has largely gone silent in recent years. Today's sudden announcement was for the popular The Wolf Among Us series, with news about the sequel and a remaster dropping. Set after the events of the 2013-released title, the sequel will bring back Biby Wolf for a new adventure in Fabletown. This town of fairy tale characters is becoming unstable, with Snow White not being able to keep order as before. "When a brutal series of crimes threatens to fracture the fragile balance holding Fabletown together, Bigby Wolf, sheriff of Fabletown, finds himself drawn into a dangerous conspiracy that reaches deep into the city’s criminal underworld," says the studio. "As suspicion spreads across the city and powerful forces work against him, Bigby must uncover the truth and decide what kind of sheriff - and what kind of wolf - he is willing to become." At the same time, Telltale also announced The Wolf Among Us Remastered, bringing back the classic with a fresh coat of paint. This will include all five episodes from the original game plus over an hour of extra content that will offer behind-the-scenes videos, cast interviews, image galleries, and deleted scenes. The remaster will also have updated visuals and improved UI elements and accessibility features, alongside upgrades to the animations, audio, and frame rates. Telltale has been working on this project for almost a decade now, but if the new release schedule holds, fans will be able to jump into The Wolf Among Us 2 sometime in 2027. As for The Wolf Among Us Remastered, this is slated to release during this holiday season.

    • Alien Isolation 2 will bring a new protagonist and setting, watch the reveal trailer here by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe Only a few weeks ago, Sega and Creative Assembly dropped a teaser for a new Alien Isolation. Today at Summer Game Fest, Alien: Isolation 2 was officially announced with a new trailer while also confirming a whole lot of information about the setting of this survival horror project. Check out the reveal trailer above. Leaving behind the Sevastopol space station, the sequel will take players to a remote colony world. With a Xenomorph (or more) on the loose, players will be navigating both the surface of the weather-ravaged planet as well as "the claustrophobic confines of the Weyland-Yutani outpost of Kurosaki Station." Interestingly, Creative Assembly is leaving behind Amanda Ripley, the daughter of Alien's Ellen Ripley, as the protagonist too. While it hasn't confirmed a name yet, players will be taking the role of a new character for this new adventure. The setting is also being described as a new hunting ground for the Alien. This will have players improvising and developing new tools to aid in their survival and escape, all to avoid "cinema’s deadliest killer." "It has been over a decade since we created the original Alien: Isolation and I am so excited to show everyone the first glimpse of the sequel," says Al Hope, Creative Director at Creative Assembly. "Our dedicated Survival team at Creative Assembly has been working hard to create a new, evolved Isolation experience continuing the legacy of the Alien franchise, making the eponymous killer smarter, the environment harsher and the chance of survival slimmer." Promising the same deadly tension from the original from over a decade ago, Alien: Isolation 2 is in development for PC, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PlayStation 5. A release date has not been announced yet.
