Jarate makes me want to play sniper, the 35% damage increase makes him a nice close range support class.

Making the game better for more experienced players.

It's a lot more fun when you get the other weapons/addons.

I HATED the scout before I started unlocking his crap and got to learn how to play him.

Now I play him almost every night.

You should try it out during one of the free weekends (I think there's one this week). If you like playing FPS games in a multiplayer environment, this game shines.

They kind of did with the building levels, but a full class update will come eventually.

The better question is "how long will it take to download when it comes out?". As we all know how steams servers always crumble under any load at all.

It may be free, but that doesn't make it any good! I think TF2 was at its best and most balanced on release day. For me, every new update erodes the original gameplay that I enjoyed so much :(

The game was anything but balanced on release day.

The pyro was still pretty much useless, the general pubber's lack of experience meant that a single sentry could act as a entire defence, spies had a easy life. Etc Etc.

ok so I play TF2 randomly, but have really gotten interested lately. How can I find out my achievements and/or how much more I need to unlock things etc.. So I know what to work towards?
