Is that the American one? I get around 200 latency on there, or is there a European server?

It's located in the US, yes. I get a ~120 ms ping on it, which doesn't cause any issues lag-wise for me.

Just re-install it through Steam then.

But thats the thing Its asking me to purchase it again even though I have already installed it on steam the first time, I have the disk and the box just no key

plus I have the backup I am wondering if I can give valve details they will help me find my key through the backup I have, I really want play TF2 again!

Are you logging into the same Steam account? It shouldn't be asking you to re-buy a copy unless you're using a different account, or the key was bad (you did buy it at a local reputable store?)

I know that I am using the same account I only ever had one account and also now my copy of dawn of war 2 isn't working!!!?! I bought the games from ebgames which is like a major retailer with like 250 stores

This is very weird..

EDIT: YEP I FAILS HARD, I must have somehow accidently created another steam account once which it was automatically logging me into and I now I realize thankyou so much I never would have guessed

coz this other acc had nearly the same name! Silly me =)

YAY I CAN PLAYZ TF2!

Btw does anyone know how I can join the neowin server?

Contact Valve and ask them what's going on with your account?

Anyone else having problems with the Crime and Punishment achievement for the Heavy? Its like, I'm killing the intelligence carriers, but I'm not getting any progression on the achievement. Its stuck at 0. :(

Haven't tried that one as I don't play heavy much, but been having getting the Engineer achievement where you have to move buildings 1K. For some reason when I move stuff my total isn't updated, but when I die, it increments by one

Yea, I'm having the same problem. Moving the buildings from spawn to Blu's gates is a lot more than 1 meter, Valve! :(

Damages (fire, explosions, etc), healing and walking achievements are registered when you die. That part is working for you. However, it should increment by more than one. Unless you move your stuff not very far.

I've played many hours as a Heavy, and I'm sure I've killed more than a few dozen intelligence carriers. But not a single kill has been registered for the achievement.

Not that I care that much for the achievements, but still, having a few left unearned is just... wrong. :p

That achievement could be broken. It can happen after some updates.

Btw, the server is full right now.

    • After enabling it in about:config, customize, density, compact; the toolbar/address bar gets smaller vertically. I enabled Nova, I notice the tab bar/title bar is a bit larger vertically now? Everything always becomes a waste of space.
    • Microsoft's Copilot Cowork now generally available with usage-based billing by Pradeep Viswanathan Back in March, Microsoft first revealed Copilot Cowork, a new agentic AI experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot through which users can assign tasks to AI to complete in the background. After testing the service with a limited set of customers in Research Preview for a few weeks, Microsoft announced the general availability of Copilot Cowork to customers in the Frontier program on March 30. Today, Microsoft announced the general availability of Copilot Cowork worldwide for Microsoft 365 Copilot customers. The company also highlighted that Cowork became the fastest-growing feature in the history of its Frontier program. Unlike regular Copilot Chat, Copilot Cowork can run complex, long-running, multi-tool tasks from start to finish in the cloud by using organizational context through Work IQ. When compared to Claude Cowork, Microsoft claims that Copilot Cowork will be 30% to 40% cheaper on average with its Microsoft 365 connector. For now, Copilot Cowork runs on Anthropic models, including Opus 4.8 and Sonnet 4.6. However, Frontier customers can now use GPT-5.5. Microsoft also announced Cowork 1, a secure fine-tuned model coming in the next few weeks, which is designed to handle everyday Copilot tasks at a lower cost. To access Copilot Cowork, a Microsoft 365 Copilot user subscription is required. Usage is billed separately through Copilot Credits, based on model use, context retrieval, tool calls, and runtime. Pay-as-you-go pricing is set at $0.01 per Copilot Credit. To offer IT teams full control over usage costs, Microsoft provides spending limits, usage alerts, user-level controls, reporting, and prepaid usage plans for organizations. Usage-based billing begins today. However, Frontier customers who used Cowork between March 30 and June 16 will not be billed until July 1, 2026. The Microsoft 365 Copilot app now includes a toggle to enter the full Cowork experience. Microsoft is also adding partner plugins, with Enosix, Harvey, LSEG, Miro, monday.com, Moody’s, Morningstar, S&P Global Energy, and TeamsMaestro available now. Adobe, Atlassian, Box, Canva, Databricks, and others are coming soon.
