i think this movie is gonna bomb just like thor. ryan needs to learn to act seriously, not a jokster all the time.

Watch "Buried" I assure you , you won't be laughing

There is a trailer out for Thor, from the Comic Con.

As for Capt. America... I don't think they're far enough

along to be releasing trailers.

I'm still looking forward to both movies. If they bomb, they bomb.

But I don't think they'll be nearly as disappointing as The Last

Airbender, for example.

Well at least it can't be worst than the previous Captain America captain-america.jpg

To say it third time this evening, it looks like Van Wylder in Space. I really expected something totally different from Hal Jordan. The way it looks now, Deadpool in Wolverine was more serious. And no, I don't necessarily want it "dark" and "dark knight dark", just a bit serious.

I wouldn't go that far, but it looks too slapstick for my tastes. I was hoping for more, especially given it's Martin Campbell directing. Color me very unimpressed. I'll just wait for Cowboys & Aliens -- that trailer actually looked decent.

I thought the trailer was great. I was hoping for a more serious portrayal of Hal Jordan. There were some parts where he was serious, but it was vastly overshadowed by the "funny" scenes (e.g. The end of the trailer where he says, "I know right!")

Dailyblam.com got a scan of the first image of Parallax, the deadly fish skeleton that, according to the site, is "An ancient horror, Parallax the living embodiment of fear, a demonic parasitic entity which would travel from world to world, causing entire societies to destroy themselves out of fear and paranoia. It is known to ravage planets and strike terror into the hearts of even the Guardians of the Universe."

But there's one cameo you can cross off the list?for now?and that's Clark Kent. But co-writer Marc Guggenheim STILL wants him in, and the man he picked for the job is Smallville's Tom Welling.

Speaking to MTV's Splash Page, Guggenheim talked about how the Clark Kent cameo is something quite important to him:

Without trying very hard, you could probably find the leaked script on the internet. [The Superman cameo] is in the leaked script. It survived several drafts. Ultimately, it was cut for budgetary reasons. We took it out in one of our later drafts. The Clark Kent cameo is still near and dear to my heart. I really wanted it to be in the movie. You never know?it can still happen. If Tom Welling has a free hour or two, you never know.

This last part was apparently a bit of joking on Marc Guggenheim's part, but we're sure that it'll be just what Tom Welling and Smallville fans need to spur them to action and start petitioning Guggenheim, director Martin Campbell and Warner Brothers for that to happen.
