Lost - Season 5

Recommended Posts

31 more complete episodes to go!

that is incorrect...

there were supposed to be 48 episodes over 3 seasons split 16, 16, 16...

last season we got 14 due to the strike...so for the next 2 seasons we will get 17...

tonight we got the first 2...

so 15 left this season + 17 next season = 32 episodes left...

Last night was great, but I can't help but think about how it used to be. Remember in the first few seasons where every moment of lost was studied to find the hidden stuff? Like the contents of the hatch or how the cheerleaders and police cars had the numbers on them. Seems like they have gone away from all of that intricate detail.

Well, episode one was great. A very good start.

Episode to however was somewhat slow. I can see it now, this whole series is going to be about them getting back to the island.

Come on - get back already!

I am worried though that it is still bring up a lot of questions that aren't answered :/

Question - Who was the old lady at the end of the episode? I feel like we've seen her before, but I can't put a name to the face.

She's the woman who spoke with Desmond the first time he did his mental time travel bit. She told him about how no matter how much he tried, he wouldn't be able to change what has already happened in time. It could play out that she is Daniel's mom... freaky :|

Her name is Miss Hawking.

I doubt she is going to turn out to be Faraday's mother, because there is no way Ben went to Oxford that quickly.

No it isn't. TPTB already stated that they wouldn't spend the entire season on them getting back. I would say episode 8 they will get back.

She HAS to be Farraday's Mom

    • I really wonder if this has to do with the built in VPN or "private DNS" of browsers that trip up legal requirements like cookie consent and Cloudflare (to avoid all the botnet attacks we get). And BTW some botnets still manage to get past Cloudflare, we are constantly having to tweak it to block malicious traffic that ultimately cause a DDoS.
    • CPPC states can also be messed around with in most UEFI settings but aren't as robust as the ones that the Windows Scheduler can provide! Make sure you look into what your motherboard also has before customizing for the Windows Scheduler.
