Lost star Henry Ian Cusick is facing a sexual harassment lawsuit filed by a female crewmember on the hit show, according to reports.

The actor, who plays Desmond, is accused of touching Chelsea Stone's buttocks and caressing her back, while the pair worked on the show, according to legal papers obtained by TMZ.com.

The suit, filed in a Los Angeles court, alleges Stone was fired twelve days after the incident took place.

She lists ABC and Grass Skirt Productions as co-defendants, and is seeking unspecified damages.

When approached by TMZ, Cusick's representative refused to comment.

:o

^ Just saw this on FOX News. Wonder what really happened? I mean, clearly we're only getting parts of the story here and I'd like to reserve judgement for now until we get his side of the story.

And why she was fired. I cannot imagine any company in 2009 would be dumb enough to fire someone who is claiming sexual harassment against one of their employees. So there's got to be more to this story than just he touched her and she was fired. If there isn't more to it, than ABC and Cusick deserve to have their balls cut off.

Was a bit dissapointed with this Oceanic Six 'special'... all it did was talk about what happened and what we already knew and saw from the show after they got off and subsequently back on the island. I was led to believe it was going to be stuff we havent seen yet to fill in the gaps between what happened after they got off.

You can thank marketing people for that.

    • Well I've done a grand total of nothing, and it now clocks between 2010mhz and 1995mhz (stock is 1710mhz) and hovers around 80c, warmer than it used to, but tolerable clocks seem to have returned. Thanks for all the advice on this thread. Will review the evidence and make a choice.

    • I really wonder if this has to do with the built in VPN or "private DNS" of browsers that trip up legal requirements like cookie consent and Cloudflare (to avoid all the botnet attacks we get). And BTW some botnets still manage to get past Cloudflare, we are constantly having to tweak it to block malicious traffic that ultimately cause a DDoS.
